| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji efek lethal dan sub-lethal Fusarium cf. solani terhadap larva Crocidolomia pavonana. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan April - September 2016 di Laboratorium Perlindungan Tanaman Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Jenderal Soedirman, Purwokerto. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) faktor tunggal. Faktor tersebut P0=kontrol (akuades), P1=1x10^6 spora/mL, P2=1x10^7 spora/mL, dan P3=1x10^8 spora/mL. Total perlakuan adalah 4 dan 16 unit percobaan. Variabel yang diamati adalah tingkat mortalitas larva, tingkat pembentukan pupa, dan kemunculan imago. Jamur entomopatogen F. solani dapat membunuh larva C. pavonana dalam jumlah yang sangat rendah, LC50 = (6,3 ± 1,0) x 10^25 dan LC 90 = (2,5 ± 1,0) x 10^51. Perlakuan jamur tersebut dapat menyebabkan penurunan jumlah pupa yang terbentuk dan imago yang muncul secara signifikan. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | This research aimed to study the lethal and sub-lethal effects of Fusarium cf solani against Crocidolomia pavonana larvae. This research was conducted on April until September 2016 at the Laboratory of Plant Protection, Faculty of Agriculture, the University of General Soedirman, Purwokerto. This study uses a completely randomized design (CRD) single factor with four replications. That factor P0 = control (distilled water), P1 = 1x10^6 spores / mL, P2 = 1x10^7 spores / mL, and P3 = 1x10^8 spores / mL. Total treatment was 4 and 16 experimental units. The measured variables were mortality of larvae, pupal formation, and the emergence of imago. Entomopathogenic fungus F. solani caused mortality larvae of C. pavonana in very low rate, LC50 = (6,3 ± 1,0) x 10^25 and LC 90 = (2,5 ± 1,0) x 10^51. However the treatments of the fungus can cause decreased the pupal formation and imago emergence significantly. |
