| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Demokratis dan Kemampuan Pengelola terhadap Kinerja Program Pengelolaan Hutan Bersama Masyarakat (Studi Pada Lembaga Masyarakat Desa Hutan Wana Lestari Desa Baseh Kecamatan Kedungbanteng Kabupaten Banyumas)”. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara gaya kepemimpinan demokratis dan kemampuan anggota terhadap kinerja program PHBM di LMDH Wana Lestari baik secara parsial maupun bersama-sama. Sasaran penelitian ini adalah anggota LMDH Wana Lestari yaitu 75 orang. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode survai, teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh, metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dilakukan secara kuantitatif dengan menggunakan korelasi kendall tau-c, konkordansi kendall W, dan regresi ordinal. Berdasarkan teknik analisis secara kuantitatif dalam penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan demokratis mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja program PHBM dibuktikan dengan korelasi kendall tau-c 0259 dan hasil regresi ordinal diketaui nilai koefisien regresi 0,187. Kemampuan anggota mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja program PHBM dibuktikan dengan hasil korelasi kendall tau-c 0,358 dan hasil regresi ordinal diketahui nilai koefisien regresi 0,193. Gaya Kepemimpinan Demokratis dan Kemampuan Anggota mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan dibuktikan dengan hasil konkordansi kendall W 0,987 dan hasil regresi ordinal diketahui nilai koefisen regresi 0,280. |

Inggris) | The Title of this study is “Effect of Democratic Leadership Style and Members Ability to The Performance of Collaborative Forest Management Program (Studies in Forest Village Community Institution of Wana Lestari, Baseh Village, Kedungbanteng, Banyumas Regency). The purpose of the study was to determine positive and significant effect between democratic leadership style and members ability to the performance of collaborative forest management program in Forest Village Community Institution of Wana Lestari in partially or together. The subjects were 75 members of forest village community institution of Wana Lestari. This study used survey method, sampel was taken by saturation sampling technique, and data was collected using questionnaires, observation, and documentation. Data analysis technique quantitatively used kendall tau-c correlation, kendall W concordance, and ordinal regression. The results of the research are Democratic Leadership Style has positive and significant effect to the performance of collaborative forest management program evidenced by coefficient of kendall tau c correlation 0,259 and coefficient of regression ordinal 0,187. Members Ability has positive and significant effect to the performance of collaborative forest management Program evidenced by coefficient of kendall tau c correlation 0,358 and coefficient of regression ordinal 0,193. Democratic Leadership Style and members ability have positive and significant effect to the performance of collaborative forest management program program evidenced by coefficient of kendall W concordance 0,987 and coefficient of regression ordinal 28. |
