| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh suhu dan umur bunga terbaik terhadap kualitas bunga melati gambir dalam simpanan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Laboratorium Agronomi dan Hortikultura, Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Jenderal Soedirman mulai 9 Februari sampai 17 Februari 2016. Penelitian ini menggunakan RAKL faktorial (Rancangan Kelompok Acak Lengkap). Faktor pertama suhu penyimpanan yaitu : pada lemari es dengan suhu 7°, suhu penyimpanan pada incubator dengan 14°C, dan suhu ruang 25°C. Faktor kedua umur bunga melati yaitu : hari H bunga mekar, 1 hari sebelum bunga mekar, 2 hari sebelum bunga mekar. Variabel yang diamati adalah keharuman, warna bunga, kerusakan, kemekaran bunga, kesegaran bunga. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan suhu dan umur bunga yang baik terhadap keharuman bunga melati yaitu pada suhu lemari es 7°C dengan hari H bunga mekar, suhu dan umur bunga yang baik terhadap warna bunga melati yaitu pada suhu lemari es 7°C dengan hari H bunga mekar, suhu dan umur bunga yang baik terhadap kemekaran bunga melati yaitu pada suhu 25°C dengan hari H bunga mekar, suhu dan umur bunga yang baik pada kesegeran adalah suhu 7°C. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | This research target is to know the best effect of the temperature and age of the flowers towards flower quality of common jasmine in storage. This research was conducted at the Laboratory of Agronomy and Horticulture, Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Jenderal Soedirman began on February 9th until February 17th, 2016. This research using RAKL factorial (completely randomized block design). The first factor is the storage temperature in the refrigerator 7°C, storage temperature in the incubator 14°C, and 25°C ambient temperature. The second factor is the age of jasmine M-1 (the H blooms), M-2 (one day before the flowers bloom), M-3 (2 days before the flowers bloom). The variables measured were fragrance, flower color, damage, diameter of flowers, the freshness of flowers. The results showed the good flower temperature and age towards the jasmine odeor is in referigator temperature 7°C with the H day, the good flower temperature and age toward the color is in referigerator temperature 7°C with the H day of the flower bloom, and the good flower temperature and age toward the blooming process of the jasmine is at referigerator temperature 25°C with the H day of the flower bloom, the good flower temperature and the freshness of flowers is in referigerator temperature 7°C. |
