| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Manajemen berbasis sekolah adalah penyerasian sumber daya yang dilakukan secara mandiri oleh sekolah dengan melibatkan semua kelompok kepentingan yang terkait dengan sekolah secara langsung dalam proses pengambilan keputusan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan peningkatan mutu sekolah atau untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan nasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas manajemen berbasis sekolah dalam peningkatan kualitas penyelenggaraan pendidikan dasar pada sekolah dasar rintisan dan non-rintisan Gugus Bima Sraya di Kecamatan Sumpiuh. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif. Teknik pemilihan informan yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan, efektivitas manajemen berbasis sekolah pada sekolah rintisan MBS dalam hal ini adalah SDN 2 Kebokura lebih tinggi dibandingkan sekolah-sekolah non-rintisan MBS pada Gugus Bima Sraya Kecamatan Sumpiuh. Manajemen berbasis sekolah mampu memberikan lebih banyak pengaruh yang baik terhadap peningkatan kualitas penyelenggaraan pendidikan dasar pada sekolah rintisan. |

Inggris) | School-based management is the harmonization of resources carried out independently by the school by involving all interest groups associated with the school directly in the decision making process to meet the needs of school improvement or to achieve national aducation goals. The aim of this research is to know the effectiveness of school based management in improving the quality of basic education in primary school pilot project and non-pilot project SBM in cluster Bima Sraya Subdistrict of Sumpiuh. The research method used is qualitative, and purposive sampling as the technique for selection of informan. The results showed that overall, the effectiveness of school-based management in pilot schools SBM in this case is the SDN 2 Kebokura higher than schools in the non-pilot SBM cluster of Bima Sraya in Sumpiuh distric. School-based management is able to provide more good effect on improving the quality of provision of basic education in pilot schools. |
