| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini berjudul Analisis Pengaruh Struktur Aset, Profitabilitas, Pertumbuhan Perusahaan, Risiko Bisnis Dan Nilai Perusahaan Terhadap Kebijakan Hutang Pada Perusahaan Manufaktur Yang Terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh struktur aset, profitabilitas, pertumbuhan perusahaan, risiko bisnis dan nilai perusahaan terhadap kebijakan hutang pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama periode tahun 2011-2013. Sampel penelitian menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda dan uji asumsi klasik Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa Struktur aset berpengaruh positif terhadap kebijakan hutang. Profitabilitas berpengaruh negatif terhadap kebijakan hutang. Pertumbuhan perusahaan berpengaruh positif terhadap kebijakan hutang. Risiko bisnis tidak berpengaruh negatif terhadap kebijakan hutang. Nilai perusahaan tidak berpengaruh negatif terhadap kebijakan hutang. Implikasi dari penelitian ini bahwa manajemen akan dihadapkan pada keputusan untuk melakukan pinjaman (hutang), manakala perusahaan dihadapkan pada rencana ekspansi, penguatan industri, pengembangan proses produksi dan kebutuhan akan dana yang lain. Manajemen dapat memilih untuk menarik dana dari pemegang saham melalui pemecahan saham atau penerbitan saham baru. Nilai perusahaan yang baik diprediksi dapat mempermudah proses penarikan dana tersebut karena kepercayaan terjaga. Jika manajemen akan mengeluarkan kebijakan untuk mengambil pinjaman (hutang), maka struktur modal dan pertumbuhan perusahaan harus dijaga dalam trend positif. |

Inggris) | SUMMARY This research entitled Analysis of The Influence of Structure Assets, Profitability, Growth, Business Risk and The Value of The Company Against Debt Policy On Manufacturing Companies Listed In Indonesia Stock Exchange. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of Structure Assets, Profitability, Growth, Business Risk and The Value of The Company on Debt Policy of manufacture companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population of this study were all manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2011 until 2013.. The sample of this study used purposive sampling. To prove the hypothesis of this research is applied Multiple Linier Regression Model with classic assumption. Based on the research results can be concluded that the structure of assets has positive influence on the debt policy . Profitability negatively affect debt policy . The company's growth has positive influence on the debt policy . Business risk does not negatively affect debt policy . Rated companies do not negatively affect debt policy . The implications of this research is that management will be faced with the deision to make a loan (debt),when the company faced with the expansion plan, the strengthening of the industry , the development of production processes and the need for other funds . Management may choose to withdraw funds from shareholders through a stock split or the issuance of new shares. The value of a good company is predicted to simplify the process of withdrawal of these funds because the trust is maintained. If management will issue a policy to take out a loan ( debt ) , then the capital structure and the company's growth should be maintained in a positive trend . |
