| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Investasi merupakan segala aktivitas penggunaan dana atau modal ke dalam sumber-sumber agar dapat menghasilkan laba di masa yang akan datang. Tugas BPMPP menjadikan Kabupaten Banyumas pro investasi harus dibarengi dengan penyediaan pegawai yang mempunyai kompetensi IT serta ketersediaan sarana dan prasarana guna medukung setiap kegiatan BPMPP. Pentingnya kompetensi pegawai dan ketersediaan sarana dan prasarana dalam pelaksanaan pelayanan penanaman modal, BPMPP harus memiliki kapasitas dalam pelaksanaan tugas dan tanggungjawabnya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan Kapasitas Badan Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Perizinan dalam mewujudkan Kabupaten Banyumas pro investasi dengan menggunakan Model Kapasitas Organisasi dari Douglas Horton dkk. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif, dengan teknik pemilihan informan menggunakan purposive sampling digunakan untuk memilih pegawai BPMPP dan accidental sampling untuk memilih masyarakat. Metode analisis yang digunakan ialah analisis interaktif menurut Miles, Huberman, dan Saldana. Dari hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa aspek teknologi dan infrastruktur merupakan aspek yang paling membutuhkan pengembangan kapasitas karena sangat mendukung pelayanan perizinan. Selain itu, aspek pertalian dan jaringan kerja perlu diadakan penguatan agar tercipta koordinasi yang lebih baik. |

The task of BPMPP makes the County investment pros should Banyumas coupled with provision of an employee who has the competence of IT as well as the availability of facilities and infrastructure in order to support CNRT's every activity BPMPP. The importance of employee competence and availability of facilities and infrastructure in the implementation of capital investment services, BPMPP must have capacity in the implementation of tasks and responsibility. The purpose of this research was to describe the Capacity of the Agency's capital investment and Service Permissions in realizing the County investment pros using Banyumas Model Organizational Capacity of Douglas Horton et al. The method of this research is a descriptive, qualitative research methods with the selection of informants using purposive sampling was used to select employees of BPMPP and accidental sampling to select communities. Methods of analysis used is the interactive analysis according to Miles, Huberman, and Saldana. From the results of the research note that aspects of the technology and infrastructure is an aspect that is most in need of capacity development because of the very supportive services permissions. In addition, aspects of the connection and the network need strengthening so that created better coordination. |
