| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini mengkaji modifikasi model penyebaran penyakit rabies pada anjing dengan vaksinasi. Berdasarkan nilai angka reproduksi dasar, salah satu parameter yang berpengaruh pada kasus penyebaran penyakit rabies adalah tingkat vaksinasi. Berdasarkan hasil simulasi, populasi akan menuju keadaan bebas penyakit apabila tingkat vaksinasi lebih dari tingkat vaksinasi minimum. Sebaliknya, jika tingkat vaksinasi lebih kecil dari tingkat vaksinasi minimum maka populasi akan berada dalam keadaan endemik. Semakin tinggi tingkat vaksinasi yang diberikan maka populasi akan semakin cepat menuju keadaan bebas penyakit. |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | This research studied the modification of the spread model of rabies in dogs with vaccination. Based on the value of the basic reproduction number, one of the parameters that affect the case of the spread of rabies is vaccination rates. Based on the simulation results, the population will lead to disease-free condition when the vaccination rate is more than the minimum vaccination rates. On the other hand, if the vaccination rate is smaller than the minimum vaccination rate, population will be in the endemic condition. The higher the given level of vaccinations the population will increase faster toward a disease-free condition. |
