| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Pabrik Gula (PG) Madukismo adalah satu-satunya pabrik gula di Bantul Propinsi DIY, yang mengemban tugas untuk mensukseskan program pengadaan pangan nasional, khususnya gula pasir. Sebagai perusahaan padat karya, perusahaan ini banyak menampung tenaga kerja dari Propinsi DIY. PG Madukismo terletak di Desa Tirtonimolo, Kecamatan Kasihan, Kabupaten Bantul, Provinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Permasalahan yang dihadapi PG Madukismo yaitu penggunaan faktor produksi yang selalu dihadapi perusahaan. Penerimaan mempunyai hubungan langsung dengan hasil produksi, sedangkan produksi yang dihasilkan ditentukan oleh penggunaan faktor produksi yang mendukung seperti bahan baku (tebu), tenaga kerja, modal dan bahan penolong. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengetahui besarnya produksi, biaya, pendapatan yang diperoleh dari produksi gula dan penerimaan periode 2010-2014, (2) mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan faktor-faktor produksi terhadap produksi gula pasir periode produksi 2010-2014. Penelitian dilakukan di PG Madukismo, Desa Tirtonimolo, Kecamatan Kasihan, Kabupaten Bantul, Propinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta pada tanggal 04 Januari 2016 sampai dengan 28 Januari 2016. Sasaran penelitian ini adalah PG Madukismo. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Studi Kasus. Menggunakan metode pengambilan data dengan cara wawancara melalui media tape recorder, observasi langsung, study pustaka, serta Wirelessnet dan website. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis biaya dan pendapatan, R/C ratio dan analisis keuntungan Cobb Douglas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) penerimaan rata-rata tahun 2010-2014 sebesar Rp. 202.564.011.680 dengan biaya total rata-rata tahun 2010-2014 sebesar Rp. 137.498.510.481, pendapatan rata-rata tahun 2010-2014 sebesar Rp. 65.065.501.198 dan, PG Madukismo memiliki R/C ratio 1,47 atau lebih dari 1 yang berartikegiatan suatu usaha tersebut menguntungkan dan layak untuk diusahakan, (2) faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap produksi gula pasir adalah tebu,tenaga kerja dan bahan penolong. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Sugar Factory (PG) Madukismo is the only sugar factory in Bantul DIY, whose task to make the program successful national food procurement, especially sugar. As a labor-intensive enterprise, the company is a lot to accommodate a workforce of DIY. PG Madukismo located in the village Tirtonimolo, Kasihan, Bantul, Yogyakarta Special Province. Problems faced PG Madukismo namely the use of factors of production are always facing the company, in addition to the issue of competence. revenues has a direct relationship with production, while the production of the resulting determined by an expertise in the use of production factors which support such as raw material (cane), labor, capital and supporting material. This study aims to: (1) determine the amount of production, costs, revenues derived from the production of sugar and acceptance the period 2010-2014, (2) the effect of the use of factors of production to the production of sugar production period 2010-2014. The study was conducted in PG Madukismo, Village Tirtonirmolo, Kasihan, Bantul regency, Yogyakarta province on January 4, 2016 until January 28, 2016. Goal of this research is PG Madukismo. The method used in this study is a case study. Using the method of data collection by way of interviews with media tape recorder, direct observation, study the literature, as well as Wirelessnet and website. The analytical method used in this research is the analysis of costs and revenues, R / C ratio and profit analysis Cobb Douglas. The results showed that (1) the receipt on average in 2010-2014 amounted to Rp. 202 564 011 680 with the total cost of the average for 2010-2014 amounting to Rp. 137.498.510.481 and the average income in 2010-2014 amounted to Rp. 65.065.501.198, PG Madukismo own R / C ratio of 1,47 or more than 1, which means that the activities of a business is profitable and worth the effort, (2) factors that affect the production of sugar is sugar cane, labor and materials helper. |
