| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | “Suka Niki dan Intisari” merupakan industri skala rumah tangga yang bergerak di bidang industri makanan dengan produk yang dihasilkan berupa keripik tempe. Perusahaan ini sebagai penghasil produk berkelanjutan maka perlu memperhitungkan secara terperinci aspek-aspek finansial. Analisis kelayakan usaha sangat diperlukan sebagai bahan pertimbangan untuk perencanaan dan pengembangan usaha. Tujuan penelitian adalah: Mengetahui profil usaha keripik tempe di Suka Niki dan Intisari ditinjau dari aspek sumber daya manusia, sumber daya fisik, sumber daya modal, dan finansial, menghitung total biaya, penerimaan, dan pendapatan usaha keripik tempe di Suka Niki dan Intisari, mengetahui kelayakan usaha di Suka Niki dan Intisari. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kasus. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis biaya, penerimaan, dan keuntungan, Break Even Point, dan R/C ratio. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa selama bulan Maret 2016 produksi keripik tempe Suka Niki sebanyak 3.460 kemasan, jumlah keripik yang terjual sebanyak 3.460 kemasan, sedangkan produksi keripik tempe Intisari sebanyak 6.400 kemasan, jumlah keripik yang terjual sebanyak 4.800 kemasan. Harga jual real keripik tempe Suka Niki yaitu Rp11.000 bila di toko dan Rp12.000,00 pada industri, sedangkan pada industri Intisari Rp12.000,00 pada toko dan Rp13.000,00 pada industri. Biaya produksi keripik tempe Suka Niki dan Intisari yang dikeluarkan sebesar Rp37.079.355,56 dan Rp52.107.763,89, penerimaan sebesar Rp39.820.000,00 dan Rp58.732.000,00, keuntungan yang diperoleh sebesar Rp2.740.644,44 dan Rp6.624.236,11. Nilai R/C ratio Suka Niki sebesar 1,074 persen dan penerimaan sebesar Rp1.074.000,00, sedangkan Intisari sebesar 1,127 persen dan penerimaan sebesar Rp1.127.000,00. Hasil analisis BEP (unit) Suka Niki yaitu 487,88 kemasan dan BEP penerimaan sebesar Rp5.610.591,18 lebih kecil dari produk yang dihasilkan dan penerimaan yang diperoleh, sedangkan Hasil analisis BEP (unit) Intisari yaitu 316,70 kemasan dan BEP penerimaan sebesar Rp3.958.795,65 lebih kecil dari produk yang dihasilkan dan penerimaan yang diperoleh. Dengan demikian, usaha keripik tempe menguntungkan dan sudah efisien sehingga layak untuk dikembangkan. Perhitungan ini didasari atas keadaan permintaan pasar terhadap produk industri yang sedikit.

This industry is producer product continuity, so the financial aspect must be estimated with details specified in the industry. Such as the coast of industry, revenues and benefit in the industry. An analysis of business feasibility is realy needed as consideration material for plan and development of industry. The purposes of tempe chips industry in Suka Niki and Intisari by observe from the aspect of human resources, physical resources, financial capital, and resources and the financial. Counting of tempe chips industry in Suka Niki and Intisari, knowing the fairness of industry of tempe chips in Suka Niki and Intisari. The method of research that is used are the cost analysis, revenues, and benefit, Break Event Point, and R/C ratio.The result of research show that the product of tempe chips of Suka Niki are 3460 packs since march 2016, the chips those are sold 3460 packs and the product of tempe chips of Intisari are 6400 packs the chips those are sold 4800 packs. The average of the cost Suka Niki’s dan Intisari”s tempe chips are Rp12.000,00 and Rp13.000,00. The cost of Suka Niki’s and Instisari’s tempe chips product are Rp 37.076.622,22 and Rp52.020.263,89 the revenues are Rp 39.820.000,00 and Rp58.732.000,00, the benefit are Rp2.743.377,78 and Rp6.711.736,11 the R/C ratio score of Suka Niki is 1,074% and the revenue is Rp1.074.000,00 and Intisari is 1,129% and the revenue is Rp1.129.000,00. The analysis result of BEP(unit) Suka Niki is 484,88 packs and BEP revenue is Rp5.576125,66 bigger than the product that is produced and the reveneu that is got, than the analisis result of BEP(unit) Intisari is 267 packs and BEP revenue is RP3.337475,468 smaller than the product that is produced and the revenue that is got. So, the industri of tempe chips is benefical and has been efficient until suitable to developed. |
