Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia)Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji kemampuan Bio P60 dan Bio T10 serta fungisida kimia terhadap penyakit blas pada tanaman padi, dan pengaruh Bio P60 dan Bio T10 serta fungisida kimia terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil produksi tanaman padi. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Laboratorium Perlindungan Tanaman Fakultas Pertanian Unsoed dan lahan sawah di Desa Cangkingan blok Karanganyar, Kecamatan Kedokan Bunder, Kabupaten Indramayu, pada bulan Januari sampai Juni 2016. Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok dengan tiga ulangan. Perlakuan terdiri atas kontrol, Bio P60, Bio T10, fungisida berbahan aktif tebuconazole dan trifloxistrobin, tebuconazole, propineb, azoxistrobin dan difenoconazole. Variabel yang diamati yaitu masa inkubasi, intensitas penyakit, laju infeksi, tinggi tanaman, jumlah anakan, jumlah anakan produktif, waktu berbunga pertama, bobot gabah basah, dan senyawa fenol. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa perlakuan Bio P60 dan Bio T10 belum mampu menekan masa inkubasi. Bio P60 dan Bio T10 mampu menekan intensitas penyakit sebesar 29,74 dan 24,68%. Perlakuan Bio P60, Bio T10, dan fungisida belum mampu meningkatkan tinggi tanaman, jumlah anakan, jumlah anakan produktif, bobot basah gabah. Bio P60 dan Bio T10 mampu mempercepat waktu berbunga pertama kali sebesar 16,85 dan 15,22%.

Inggris)This study aimed to study the ability of Bio P60, Bio T10, and chemical fungicides against rice blast disease, and the effect of Bio P60, Bio T10, and chemical fungicides on the growth and yield of Ciherang rice. The research has been conducted at the Laboratory of Plant Protection, Faculty of Agriculture, Jenderal Soedirman University and paddy fields at Cangkingan Village, Karanganyar block, Kedokan Bunder Subdistrict, Indramayu Regency West Java from January to June 2016. Randomized block was used with three replicates. The treatment consisted of control, Bio P60, Bio T10, fungicidal active ingredient of tebuconazole and trifloxistrobin, tebuconazole, propineb, azoxistrobin and difenoconazole. Variables observed were incubation period, intensity of the disease, infection rate, plant height, number of tillers, number of productive tiller, the first flowering time, wet grain weight, and phenolic compounds. The results showed that the treatment of Bio P60 and Bio T10 did not suppress the incubation period yet. Bio P60 and Bio T10 were able to suppress the disease intensity by 29,74 and 24,68%, respectively. Bio P60, Bio T10, and fungicides could not able to increase plant height, number of tillers, number of productive tiller, and the weight of wet grain. Bio P60 and Bio T10 was able to accelerate the first flowering time by 16,85 and 15,22%, respectively.
