| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Model regresi spasial adalah model regresi yang memperhitungkan korelasi antar wilayah. Terdapat beberapa model regresi spasial, salah satunya adalah spatial autoregressive (SAR). Model SAR memuat variabel endogenous dimana variabel tersebut merupakan variabel dependen dalam suatu persamaan sekaligus variabel independen dalam persamaan lain. Karena estimasi menggunakan metode ordinary least square (OLS) menghasilkan estimator yang bias, maka pada penelitian ini dikaji estimasi parameter model SAR menggunakan metode instrumental variable (IV) yang diilustrasikan pada kasus data anak tidak bersekolah usia kurang 15 tahun di Kota Medan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa estimator IV pada model SAR merupakan estimator yang linier, tak bias, dan memiliki variansi minimum. Sementara itu, faktor yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap jumlah anak tidak bersekolah usia kurang 15 tahun di Kota Medan adalah jumlah penduduk prasejahtera. |

There are some regression spatial model, one of which is spatial autoregressive (SAR). SAR model contains endogenous variable where the variable is dependent variable in an equation as well as independent variable in other equation. Because estimastion uses the ordinary least square (OLS) method is biased, then to this research studied estimation parameter of SAR model used instrumental variable (IV) method and its application in children do not attend school less 15 years old at medan city. Result of the research showed that estimator was produced by IV method on the SAR model has linear, unbiased, and minimum variansi. On the other hand, factor affecting in children do not attend school less 15 years old at medan city is population preposperous.
