| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini berjudul “ANALISIS PERBANDINGAN ANTARA PENDAPATAN TUKANG BECAK DENGAN TUKANG OJEK DI PURWOKERTO”. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui signifikansi perbedaan antara pendapatan tukang becak dengan pendapatan tukang ojek di Purwokerto. Jenis penelitian ini adalah survei terhadap tukang becak dan tukang ojek di Purwokerto. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah simple random sampling, dengan teknik analisis uji t beda dua rata-rata (independent sample t-test). Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa rata-rata pendapatan tukang becak adalah Rp882.500,00 per bulan, sedangkan rata-rata pendapatan tukang ojek adalah Rp1.038.500,00 per bulan. Hasil penelitian ini juga menyimpulkan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan yang nyata antara pendapatan tukang becak dengan tukang ojek berdasarkan pekerjaan utama maupun pekerjaan sampingan, dan terdapat perbedaan yang nyata antara pendapatan tukang becak dengan tukang ojek berdasarkan total pendapatan. Mengacu pada kesimpulan tersebut, maka dapat diimplikasikan bahwa tukang becak harus lebih giat bekerja agar pendapatannya terus meningkat. Selain itu tukang becak juga harus mampu mencari pekerjaan sampingan untuk menambah pendapatan utamanya. Bagi para tukang ojek hendaknya menambah curahan jam kerja agar pendapatan yang diperoleh semakin tinggi. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | SUMMARY This research was entitled “COMPARISON ANALYSIS BETWEEN THE INCOME OF PEDICAB DRIVERS AND MOTORCYCLE TAXIS DRIVERS IN PURWOKERTO”. The aim of this research was to find out the significant difference between revenue of pedicab drivers and motorcycle taxis drivers in Purwokerto. Type of this research was survey on the pedicab drivers and motorcycle taxis drivers in Purwokerto. Sample technique within study uses simple random sampling, while technique data analysis used in this study was independent sample t-test. Based on the analysis results, it could be concluded that the average income of pedicab driver was Rp882,500.00 per month, while the average income of motorcycle taxi driver was Rp1,038,500.00 per month. Furthermore, this study was also conclude that there was no significant difference between revenue of pedicab drivers and motorcycle taxis drivers in Purwokerto based on main working and outpouring of working, and there was the significant difference between revenue of pedicab drivers and motorcycle taxis drivers in Purwokerto based on the total income. Refers to these conclusion, it could be implied that as an effort to increase their income continuously, pedicab drivers should be more hard working. In addition, pedicab drivers must also be able to seek the second job to increase their main income. For the motorcycle taxis drivers, they should add the outpouring of working hours in order to increase the income continuously. |
