Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia)Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian Bio T10, Bio P60, dan fungisida kimia serta kombinasinya terhadap penyakit hawar daun bakteri serta pengaruhnya terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman padi varietas Lusi. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Laboratorium Perlindungan Tanaman Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Jenderal Soedirman, Purwokerto, dan lahan sawah desa Kedung Wuluh, Kecamatan Kalimanah, Kabupaten Purbalingga, pada bulan Januari sampai Juni 2016. Penelitian menggunakan Rancang Acak Kelompok Lengkap dengan 3 ulangan dan 11 perlakuan, terdiri atas kontrol, Bio P60, Bio T10, fungisida berbahan aktif tebuconazole, trifloxystrobin, propineb, azoxystrobin, dan difenoconazole. Variabel pengamatan meliputi masa inkubasi, intensitas penyakit, laju infeksi, tinggi tanaman, jumlah anakan, jumlah anakan produktif, bobot 1000 butir, bobot gabah basah dan kering. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan penyemprotan Bio T10, tebuconazole dan trifloxystrobin serta penyemprotan Bio P60 gabungan tebuconazole dan trifloxystrobin mampu menekan masa inkubasi sebesar 24,96%. Perlakuan penyemprotan Bio P60 gabungan tebuconazole dan trifloxystrobin serta penyemprotan propineb, tebuconazole dan trifloxystrobin mampu meningkatkan bobot basah gabah sebesar 27,42 dan 28,65%. Perlakuan penyemprotan propineb, tebuconazole dan trifloxystrobin mampu meningkatkan bobot kering gabah sebesar 19,66%. Namun perlakuan penyemprotan Bio P60, Bio T10 dam fungisida kimia baik tunggal ataupun gabungan tidak mampu menekan intensitas penyakit dan laju infeksi hawar daun bakteri, serta tidak mampu meningkatkan tinggi tanaman, jumlah anakan, jumlah anakan produktif, dan bobot 1000 butir tanaman padi varietas Lusi.

Inggris)This research aimed to test the effect Bio T10, Bio P60, and chemical fungicide with their combination toward bacterial leaf blight and their effect on growth and yield of rice Lusi. This research was carried out at the laboratory of Plant Protection, Faculty of Agriculture, Jenderal Soedirman University, Purwokerto and the rice field Kedung Wuluh Village, Kalimanah Subdistrict, Purbalingga Regency, from January to June 2016. Randomized block design was used with three replicates anda eleven treatments, the treatments were control, Bio P60, Bio T10, fungicide with active ingredient of tebuconazole, trifloxystrobin, propineb, azoxystrobin and difenoconazole. Variables observed were incubation period, disease intensity, infection rate, crop height, number of leaves, number of productive leaves, weight of 1000 grains, fresh and dry weight of grains. Result of the research showed that spraying treatment of Bio T10, tebuconazole and trifloxystrobin and also combination spraying treatment of Bio P60, tebuconazole and trifloxystrobin were able to suppress the incubation period as 24,96%. Combination spraying treatment of Bio P60, tebuconazole, trifloxystrobin and also spraying treatment of tebuconazole and trifloxystrobin able to increas fresh weight of grains as 27,42 and 28,65%. Spraying treatment of propineb, tebuconazole and trifloxystrobin able to increas dry weight of grains as 19,66%. Treatment Bio P60, Bio T10, and chemical fungicide alone or in combination was not able to suppress disease intensity and infection rate of bacterial leaf blight, neither increase crop height, number of leaves, number of productive leaves and weight of 1000 grains of rice Lusi.
