| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji kemampuan dari metabolit sekunder Pseudomonas fluorescens P60 dan P32 dengan Trichoderma harzianum isolat jahe dan bawang merah dalam menekan penyakit antraknosa yang disebabkan oleh jamur Colletotrichum gloeosporioides dan pengaruhnya terhadap kualitas buah pepaya lepas panen. Penelitian ini telah dilaksanakan di Laboratorium Pelindungan Tanaman, Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Jenderal Soedirman, mulai April 2016 sampai Juli 2016. Rancangan yang digunakan berupa Rancangan Acak Lengkap pada uji in vitro dan Rancangan Acak Kelompok pada uji in vivo, dengan 6 perlakuan dan 4 ulangan. Perlakuannya terdiri atas kontrol, metabolit sekunder P. fluorescens P60 dan T. harzianum isolat jahe, metabolit sekunder P. fluorescens P60 dan T. harzianum isolat bawang merah, metabolit sekunder P. fluorescens P32 dan T. harzianum isolat jahe, metabolit sekunder P. fluorescens P32 dan T. harzianum isolat bawang merah, dan fungisida berbahan aktif Maneb. Variabel yang diamati yaitu tingkat penghambatan antagonis, masa inkubasi, luas serangan, tingkat kekerasan dan kadar gula serta uji organoleptik. Hasil pengujian in vitro menunjukkan perlakuan metabolit sekunder P. fluorescens P60 dan T. harzianum isolat jahe dan perlakuan metabolit sekunder P. fluorescens P60 dan T. harzianum isolat bawang merah, mampu menekan pertumbuhan patogen masing-masing sebesar 48,11 dan 43,46%. Hasil uji in vivo menunjukkan perlakuan metabolit sekunder P. fluorescens P60 dan T. harzianum isolat jahe mampu menunda masa inkubasi sebesar 12,63% dan mampu menekan luas serangan patogen sebesar 44,29%. Perlakuan metabolit sekunder P. fluorescens dan T. harzianum tidak berpengaruh terhadap kadar gula, kekerasan buah, dan uji organoleptik. |

Inggris) | This research aimed to test ability of secondary metabolites from P. fluorescens P60 and P32 with T. harzianum ginger and shallots isolates to suppres anthracnose disease caused by Colletotrichum gloeosporioides and the effected on postharvest papaya quality. This research was conducted at the Laboratory of Plant Protection, Faculty of Agriculture, Jenderal Soedirman University, Purwokerto, from April 2016 until July 2016. Completely Randomized Design was used in in vitro tests and Randomized Completely Block Design was used in in vivo tests with six treatments and four replicates. The treatments were control, secondary metabolites of P. fluorescens P60 and T. harzianum ginger isolates, P. fluorescens P60 and T. harzianum shallot isolates, P. fluorescens P32 and T. harzianum ginger isolates, P. fluorescens P32 and T. harzianum shallot isolates, and fungicides with active ingredient of maneb. Variable observed was inhibition level, incubation period, attack area, hardness level, sugar content, and organoleptic test. Result of the in-vitro test showed that the secondary metabolites of P. fluorescens P60 dan T. harzianum ginger isolates and P. fluorescens P60 dan T. harzianum shallot isolates inhibited the pathogen growth as 48.11 and 43.46%, respectively. Result of in vivo test showed that the secondary metabolites of P. fluorescens P60 dan T. harzianum ginger isolates treatment could delay the incubation period as 12.63% and suppres the attack area as 44.29%. The all secondary metabolites of P. fluorescens and T. harzianum did not affect sugar content, hardness level, and organoleptic test. |
