| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini menganalisis faktor internal dan eksternal yang mempengaruhi kinerja sistem informasi akuntansi. Faktor internal adalah ukuran organisasi, dukungan manajemen puncak, pelatihan dan pendidikan pengguna, dan formalisasi pengembangan sistem. Faktor eksternal: keterlibatan pengguna dan kemampuan personel. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan data primer. Dalam penelitian ini, data diperoleh dari kuesioner. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah UKM di sektor ritel di Banyumas. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa ukuran organisasi dan formalisasi pengembangan sistem tidak mempengaruhi kinerja sistem informasi akuntansi pada UKM di sektor ritel di Banyumas. Implikasinya adalah bahwa pemerintah harus mendukung pengembangan UKM sebagai dengan memfasilitasi UKM dengan sosialisasi untuk meningkatkan kinerja SIA. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | This study analyzes the factors that affect the internal and external accounting information system performance. Internal factors are the size of the organization, top management support, training and education of users, and the formalization of system development. External factors: involvement of users and personnel capabilities. This study uses a quantitative approach with primary data. In this study, the data obtained from the questionnaire. The object in this study is SMEs in the retail sector in Banyumas. Results of data analysis showed that the size of the organization and formalization of system development does not affect the performance of the accounting information system in SMEs in retail sector in Banyumas. The implication is that the government should support the development of SMEs as by facilitating SMEs with socialization to improve the performance of SIA. |
