| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian tentang Total Mikroba dan Derajat Keasaman Susu Segar di BBPTUHPT Baturraden dan Experimental Farm Fakultas Peternakan Unsoed Purwokerto dilaksanakan pada tanggal 1 sampai 30 Maret 2016. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perbedaan total mikroba dan derajat keasaman susu segar serta mengetahui hubungan total mikroba dengan derajat keasaman susu segar di BBPTUHPT Baturraden dan Experimental Farm. Materi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah susu sebanyak 500 ml/ekor yang diambil dari 30 ekor sapi FH di BBPTUHPT Baturraden dan Experimental Farm, pada pemerahan sore hari. Penelitian dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan metode survei dan pengujian mutu susu segar di laboratorium. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan uji “t” dan uji regresi linier. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa nilai rataan total mikroba susu di BBPTUHPT Baturraden dan Experimental Farm adalah 9,4 × 〖10〗^5 /ml susu dan 9,9 × 〖10〗^5 /ml susu, sedangkan derajat keasamannya adalah 7,1 °SH dan 7,3 °SH. Hasil analisis uji “t” terhadap total mikroba dan derajat keasaman dikedua tempat tersebut tidak berbeda nyata (P > 0,05). Hubungan total mikroba dan derajat keasaman susu segar diformulasikan dengan persamaan regresi linier Y = 2,537 + 4,833 X. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa total mikroba dan derajat keasaman susu segar dikedua tempat masih memenuhi syarat SNI (2011) dan total mikroba dapat digunakan untuk menduga derajat keasaman susu segar. Inggris) | Research on Total Microbes and Degree of Acidity of Fresh Milk in BBPTUHPT Baturraden and Experimental Farm of The Faculty of Animal Husbandry Unsoed Purwokerto held on 1^st to March 〖30〗^th 2016. The purpose of this research was to determine differences in the total microbes and the degree of acidity of fresh milk as well as determine the relationship of total microbes with the degree of acidity of fresh milk in BBPTUHPT Baturraden and Experimental Farm. The materials used in this research were 500 ml/cow of milk were taken from 30 FH cows in BBPTUHPT Baturraden and Experimental Farm, on the afternoon milking. The experiment was conducted using the survey method and the fresh milk quality testing in the laboratory. Data were analyzed by “t” test and linear regression. The results showed the average value of total microbes in BBPTUHPT Baturraden and Experimental Farm is 9.4 × 〖10〗^5/ ml of milk and 9.9 × 〖10〗^5/ ml of milk, recpecting whereas the degree of acidity is 7.1 °SH and 7.3 °SH. The results of analysis "t" test showed that total microbes and degree of acidity in both places were not significant (P> 0.05). Relationships of total microbes and degree of acidity of fresh milk is formulated with a linear regression equation Y = 2.537 + 4.833 X. It can be concluded that the total microbes and degree of acidity of fresh milk in both places still qualify SNI (2011) and total microbes can be used to suspect the degree of acidity of fresh milk.
