| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini mulai dilaksanakan pada tanggal 2 Agustus 2016 sampai 2 Oktober 2016 di Experimentalfarm, Fakultas Peternakan, Universitas Jenderal Soedirman, Purwokerto, Jawa Tengah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh imbangan pakan konsentrat dan hijauan dalam silase pakan pakan komplit terhadap konsumsi BO dan produksi daging pada domba jantan lokal. Materi penelitian menggunakan 5 macam imbangan hijauan dengan konsentrat dalam silase pakan komplit. Penelitian menggunakan metode experimental secara in vivo dengan rancangan penelitian Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK). Perlakuan terdiri atas P1 (Rumput gajah 70% + konsentrat 30%), P2 (Rumput gajah 60% + konsentrat 40%), P3 (Rumput gajah 50% + konsentrat 50%), P4 (Rumput gajah 40% + konsentrat 60%), P5 (Rumput gajah 30% + konsentrat 70%). Peubah yang di ukur adalah konsumsi BO dan produksi daging. Data di analisis menggunakan analisis variansi dan dilanjutkan dengan uji Beda Nyata Jujur (BNJ). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa perlakuan berpengaruh sangat nyata (P<0,01) terhadap konsumsi BO maupun produksi daging. Berdasarkan uji Beda Nyata Jujur (BNJ) menunjukan bahwa konsumsi Bahan Organik P5 sangat berbeda nyata (P<0,01) terhadap P1, P2, P3 dan P4. (P5 232,0 ± 24,9b g/ekor/hari vs P1 342,5 ± 22,1a g/ekor/hari vs P2 349,9 ± 12,2a g/ekor/hari vs P3 354,3 ± 23,3a vs P4 232,0 ± 49,2a g/ekor/hari). Uji Beda Nyata Jujur (BNJ) pada produksi daging menunjukan bahwa P1 berbeda sangat nyata dengan P3 dan P4 (P<0,01) sedangkan P1 berbeda nyata dengan P2 dan P5 (P<0,05). (P1 3,48 ± 0,353b vs P2 4,78 ± 1,094ab vs P3 5,96 ± 0,222a vs P4 5,37 ± 1,048a vs P5 4,91 ± 0,865ab). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah pakan dengan kode P3 yaitu terdiri dari 50% rumput gajah dan 50% konsentrat merupakan imbangan pakan yang paling baik untuk produksi daging maupun konsumsi BO dibandingkan dengan imbangan pakan yang lain. |

Inggris) | This study was conducted, started from August 2nd 2016 to October 2nd 2016 at the Experimental farm, Faculty of Animal Husbandry, University of Jenderal Soedirman, Purwokerto, Central Java. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the balance between concentrate feed to forage in complete feed silage on Organic Matter (OM) consumption and production of meat of local rams. The research materials were 5 different ratios of forage to concentrate in complete feed silage. The research us experimental methods by in vivo, the study design was completely randomized block design (CRBD). The treatments consisted of P1 (elephant grass 70% + concentrate 30%), P2 (elephant grass 60% + concentrate 40%), P3 (elephant grass 50% + concentrate 50%), P4 (elephant grass 40% + concentrate 60%) , P5 (elephant grass 30% + concentrate 70%). The variables measured were OM consumption and meat production. Data were analyzed using analysis of variance followed by Honesty Significant Difference test (HSD). The results showed that the treatment effect was highly significant (P <0.01) on the Organic Matter (OM) consumption and meat production. Based on the Hones Significant Difference test (HSD), the consumption of Organic Matter of P5 were significantly different (P <0.01) to P1, P2, P3 and P4. (P5 24.9b ± 232.0 g / head / day vs 342.5 ± P1 22.1a g / head / day vs P2 12.2a ± 349.9 g / head / day vs P3 354.3 ± 23.3a P4 vs 232.0 ± 49.2a g / head / day). The test of honesy Significant Difference (HSD) on the production of meat showed that P1 was highly significant to P3 and P4 (P <0.01), while P1, P2 and P5 were significantly different (P <0.05). The conclusion of this study is feed with the code of P3 which consisted of 50% grass and 50% concentrate is the best feed for meat production and OM consumption compared to other feeds in this study. |
