Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kadar lemak dan berat jenis susu segar, hubungan antara kadar lemak dan berat jenis susu segar, dan kondisi aspek sosial peternak di kelompok peternak sapi perah Andini Lestari I dan Andini Lestari II Kecamatan Cilongok. Penelitian ini telah dilakukan pada tanggal 29 Juli 2016 sampai 08 Agustus 2016. Materi yang digunakan adalah susu segar sebanyak 20 liter dan 20 peternak pada kedua kelompok tersebut. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode survei dan uji laboratorium. Variable kuantitatif yang diukur yaitu kadar lemak dan berat jenis susu, sedangkan data kualitatif didapatkan dari wawancara terhadap peternak berdasarkan daftar pertanyaan yang terstruktur. Data kuantitatif dianalisis dengan uji t dan regresi linear, sedangkan data kualitatif dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rataan kadar lemak susu segar di kelompok peternak Andini Lestari I dan Andini Lestari II adalah 4,07 % dan 3,67 %, sedangkan berat jenis susu segar adalah 1,0257 dan 1,0251. Berdasarkan uji t, kadar lemak dan berat jenis susu segar di kedua kelompok peternak tersebut tidak berbeda nyata (P>0,05), sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa kadar lemak dan berat jenis susu segar kedua kelompok sama. Hubungan antara kadar lemak dan berat jenis susu segar pada kedua kelompok memiliki korelasi yang cukup, yang dapat diformulasikan Y= 1,020 + 0,001 X. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | This study aimed to knowing levels of fat and density of fresh milk, the relationship between levels of fat and density of fresh milk and the farmers social conditions in dairy farmer groups of Andini Lestari I dan Andini Lestari II in Cilongok District. The study was held from July 29th until August 08th 2016. The research materials were 20 liter of fresh milk and 20 dairy farmers in that groups. The research used survey and laboratory methods. The quantitative variables measured were levels of fat and density of milk, meanwhile data were qualitative obtained from interviewing farmers based on a list of structured questionnaire. The quantitative data analyzed by “t’’ test and linear regression, whereas qualitative data were analyzed by descriptive statistics. The result showed that the average levels of fat in the farmers groups Andini Lestari I and Andini Lestari II was 4,07 %, and 3,67 %, respectively while density of fresh milk in the farmers groups of Andini Lestari I and Andini Lestari II was 1,0257 and 1,0251. Based on “t” test to levels of fat and density of fresh milk in both farmers groups is not significantly different, so it can be said that levels of fat and density of the milk in both groups were not different. The relationship between levels of fat and density of fresh milk in both groups has enough correlation, that can be formulated by Y= 1,020 + 0,001 X. |
