| Judul Artikel | Aplikasi Pupuk Hayati Cair Penambat Nitrogen dan TrichoKompos terhadap Pertumbuhan dan Hasil Tanaman Padi Varietas Ciherang |
| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Beras merupakan bahan pokok yang harus dipenuhi terutama bagi masyarakat Indonesia namun dari tahun ke tahun semakin menurun produktivitasnya. Hal ini disebabkan karena penurunan kesuburan tanah. Salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan yaitu dengan memanfaatkan pupuk hayati cair penambat nitrogen dan trichokompos. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh tunggal dan kombinasi pupuk hayati cair penambat nitrogen dan trichokompos serta mendapatkan dosis kombinasi terbaik dalam meningkatkan pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman padi varietas Ciherang. Penelitian ini telah dilaksanakan di Screen House Agronomi Fak. Pertanian Universitas Jenderal Soedirman Purwokerto. Berlangsung selama 4 bulan, dimulai September 2015 sampai Januari 2016. Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan yaitu Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) faktorial dengan 2 faktor, yaitu pupuk hayati cair penambat nitrogen (D) terdiri dari D0 (0 ml/ha), D1 (800 ml/ha), D2 (1600 ml/ha), D3 (2400 ml/ha) dan Tricho-kompos (T) terdiri dari T0 (0 t/ha), T1 (2 t/ha), T2 (4 t/ha) dan T3 (6 t/ha) dengan 3 kali ulangan. Variabel yang diamati yaitu tinggi tanaman, jumlah anakan, luas daun, bobot kering akar, bobot kering brangkasan, jumlah gabah per malai, persentase gabah isi, bobot gabah per rumpun, bobot 1000 biji dan indeks panen. Data hasil pengamatan dianalisis dengan uji F dilanjutkan dengan uji DMRT pada taraf kesalahan 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi pupuk hayati cair penambat nitrogen berpengaruh variabel tinggi tanaman, persentase gabah isi dan bobot kering akar. Aplikasi trichokompos berpengaruh terhadap tinggi tanaman. Kombinasi perlakuan terbaik yaitu pada pemberian pupuk hayati cair pada dosis 1.600 ml/ha dan trichokompos pada dosis 0 ton/ha yang diperoleh variabel jumlah gabah per malai dan bobot gabah per rumpun. Masing-masing variabel yaitu memiliki nilai sebesar 148 biji dan 60,40 gram. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Rice is the staple food that should be fullfiled especially by Indonesian people, but the productivity descrease year by year. The main problem was soil fertility decrease. To solved this problem was used biological fertilizer liquid N- fixing and trichocompost. This study aimed to know the single and combination effect of using biological fertilizer liquid N- fixing and trichocompost and get the best combination to increase the growth and yield of Ciherang rice. The research was conducted from September 2015 to January 2016 on Screen House Agronomy of Agriculture Faculty, Jenderal Soedirman University. The experimental design used was randomized block design (RBD) factorial which first factor was biological fertilizer liquid N- fixing consisting D0 (0 ml/ha), D1 (800 ml/ha), D2 (1.600 ml/ha), D3 (2.400 ml/ha) and second factor was trichocompost consisting of T0 (0 t/ha), T1 (2 t/ha), T2 (4 t/ha), T3 (6 t/ha) with three replicates. The characters observed in this research were: plant height, number of tiller, leaf area, dry weight of root, dry weight of plant, number of grains per panicle, filled grain percentage, weight grain per plant, 1000 grain weight, and harvest index. The data were analyzed using F test followed Duncan’s Multiple Range Test (DMRT) at level of 5% error. The result showed that application of biological fertilizer liquid N-fixing gave effect to plant height, percentage of filled grain and root dry weight. Application trichocompost gave effect to plant height.The best combination treatment was 1.600 ml/ha of biological fertilizer and 0 t/ha of trichocompost gave effect to number of grains per panicle, and percentage of filled grain. Each of variabel was 148 grains and 60,40 gram. |
