| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian yang dilaksanakan di Desa Karangtengah, Kecamatan Cilongok, Kabupaten Banyumas ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui produksi susu dan mempelajari pengaruh penggunaan input terhadap susu sapi yang dihasilkan. Materi penelitian yang digunakan adalah 47 ekor sapi perah laktasi. Peubah yang diamati berupa produksi susu, umur laktasi, umur ternak, pakan hijauan, pakan konsentrat, curahan jam kerja, dan jumlah ternak laktasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei. Dengan menggunakan model fungsi Cobb-Douglas diperoleh hasil bahwa nilai koefisien determinasi (〖 R〗^2) sebesar 61.8 persen dengan nilai determinasi terkoreksi (〖 R〗^2 adjusted) sebesar 56.2 persen. Nilai determinasi (〖 R〗^2) tersebut menujukkan bahwa sebesar 61.8 persen dari variasi produksi dapat dijelaskan secara bersama-sama oleh faktor umur laktasi, umur ternak, pemberian pakan hijauan, pemberian pakan konsentrat, curahan jam kerja, dan jumlah ternak laktasi. Hasil pendugaan dengan menggunakan analisis fungsi produksi metode Cobb-Douglas memperoleh persamaan berikut: (Y= 1.55 – 0.604 + 0.287 + 0.212 – 0.123 + 0.100 + 0.125). Uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan T- test menunjukkan bahwa variabel yang berpengaruh nyata terhadap produksi susu sapi yaitu umur laktasi dan variabel umur ternak. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan terdapat hubungan yang positif antara produksi dengan input yang digunakan. Kata Kunci : produksi, sapi perah, laktasi, umur ternak |

Inggris) | This research, which had been conducted in Karangtengah, Cilongok Subdistrict, Banyumas, aimed to determine the milk production and to study the impact of the utilized input on it. There were 47 lactating dairy cows used as the research materials whose milk production, lactating age, age, forage feeding, concentrates feeding, outpouring of working hours and number were the measured variables. The research method used was survey. Cobb-Douglas function model obtained that the coefficient of determination (〖 R〗^2) of 61.8% with a value of determination corrected (adjusted〖 R〗^2) 56.2%. This determination value means that 61.8% of the production variations can be explained by the factors as follows lactating age, age, forage feeding, concentrates feeding, the outpouring of working hours and number of lactation cows. The result of estimation using Cobb-Douglas production function methods generated the following equation (Y = 1.55 to 0.604 + 0.287 + 0.212 to 0.123 + 0.100 + 0.125). The results of hypothesis using T-test showed that the variables significantly impacted milk production were lactating and age. The research, therefore, concludes that there is a positive correlation between milk production and the utilized inputs. |
