| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) mengkaji pengaruh jenis dan konsentrasi auksin terhadap pertumbuhan stek pucuk tanaman nilam (Pagostemon cablin Benth), 2) memperoleh konsentrasi auksin terbaik untuk pertumbuhan stek pucuk tanaman nilam (Pagostemon cablin Benth), 3) memperoleh jenis auksin yang terbaik untuk pertumbuhan stek pucuk tanaman nilam (Pagostemon cablin Benth), 4) memperoleh konsentrasi dan jenis auksin terbaik untuk pertumbuhan stek pucuk tanaman nilam (Pagostemon cablin Benth). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Limpakuwus, Kecamatan Sumbang, Kabupaten Banyumas pada bulan Maret 2016 sampai dengan Mei 2016. Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) 2 faktor dan 3 ulangan. Faktor pertama adalah macam zat pengatur tumbuh dengan tiga jenis yaitu IAA (Z1), IBA (Z2), dan NAA (Z3). Faktor kedua adalah konsentrasi dengan tiga taraf, yaitu 50 ppm (K1), 75 ppm (K2), dan 100 ppm (K3) serta pembanding yaitu Kontrol (K0). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) zat pengatur tumbuh IBA memberikan pengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan jumlah akar dan bobot akar segar, IAA memberikan pengaruh terhadap jumlah tunas, bobot tunas segar dan bobot tunas kering dan NAA memberikan pengaruh terhadap panjang akar terpanjang. 2) konsentrasi terbaik yaitu konsentrasi 100 ppm memberikan pengaruh pada jumlah akar dan konsentrasi 50 ppm memberikan pengaruh terhadap panjang akar terpanjang. 3) interaksi macam zat pengatur tumbuh dan konsentrasi IBA 100 ppm memberikan pengaruh terhadap jumlah akar dan NAA 50 ppm memberikan pengaruh terhadap panjang akar terpanjang. |

Inggris) | This study aims to 1) assess the effect of auxin types and concentrations on the growth of shoot cuttings of patchouli (Pagostemon cablin Benth), 2) obtain the best auxin concentration on the growth of shoot cuttings of patchouli (Pagostemon cablin Benth), 3) obtain the best type of auxin for the growth of shoot cuttings of patchouli (Pagostemon cablin Benth), 4) obtain the best concentration and type of auxin for the growth of shoot cuttings of patchouli (Pagostemon cablin Benth). This research was conducted in the village of Limpakuwus, District Contribute, Banyumas in March 2016 to Mey 2016. The study used randomized block design (RBD) with two factors and three replications. The first factor was the types of plant growth regulator auxin, namely the IAA (Z1), IBA (Z2), and NAA (Z3). The second factor was the concentrations at how levels, namely 50 ppm (K1), 75 ppm (K2), 100 ppm (K3) and Control (K0). The results showed that: 1) IBA influenced on the number of roots and root fresh weight, IAA on the number of buds, shoots fresh weight and dry weight of shoots and NAA affected on the length of the longest root. 2) The best concentration was 100 ppm on the amount of roots and 50 ppm on the longest root length. 3) the best combination was IBA 100 ppm on the amount of root and NAA 50 ppm on the length of the longest root. |
