| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini berjudul “Analisis Pendapatan Pengrajin Emas di Kelurahan Pasir Kidul Kecamatan Purwokerto Barat Kabupaten Banyumas”. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh hasil produksi, jam kerja, usia, dan pengalaman bekerja, baik secara bersama-sama maupun secara parsial terhadap pendapatan pengrajin emas di Kelurahan Pasir Kidul, dan mengetahui besarnya kontribusi pendapatan pengrajin emas terhadap pendapatan rumah tangga, serta untuk mengetahui perbandingan pendapatan pengrajin maupun pendapatan per kapita rumah tangga pengrajin emas di Kelurahan Pasir Kidul melalui standar pemenuhan kebutuhan hidup layak (KHL) Kabupaten Banyumas tahun 2015. Jumlah responden sebanyak 51 orang, di mana seluruh populasi sebanyak 104 orang pengrajin. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi berganda, dan analisis tabulasi. Berdasarkan analisis regresi berganda, diperoleh bahwa hasil produksi, jam kerja, usia, dan pengalaman bekerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pendapatan pengrajin emas di Kelurahan Pasir Kidul. Hasil produksi, jam kerja, dan pengalaman bekerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pendapatan pengrajin, sedangkan variabel usia secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pendapatan pengrajin. Ditemukan pula bahwa persentase kontribusi pendapatan pengrajin emas di Kelurahan Pasir Kidul terhadap pendapatan rumah tangganya lebih dari 50 persen yaitu sebesar 76,26 persen, atau dapat dikatakan kontribusinya cukup besar terhadap pendapatan rumah tangganya. Berdasarkan perbandingan pendapatan pengrajin emas terhadap Standar Kebutuhan Hidup Layak (KHL) Kabupaten Banyumas Tahun 2015, sebagian besar pendapatan pengrajin sudah memenuhi standar KHL Kabupaten Banyumas tahun 2015. Akan tetapi berdasarkan perbandingan pendapatan per kapita rumah tangga pengrajin emas terhadap standar KHL Kabupaten Banyumas tahun 2015, sebagian besar pendapatan per kapita rumah tangga pengrajin emas di Kelurahan Pasir Kidul belum memenuhi standar KHL Kabuaten Banyumas tahun 2015. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah perlunya pelatihan, dan pendampingan dari Dinas Perindustrian, Perdagangan, dan Koperasi (DINPERINDAGKOP) bagi pengrajin untuk meningkatkan keterampilan yang nantinya akan berimbas pada peningkatan pendapatan pengrajin. Adanya kontinuitas dan konsistensi pengrajin dalam menekuni usahanya juga dapat menambah pengalaman bekerja bagi pengrajin. Usaha kerajinan emas ini berpotensi untuk dikembangkan. Di sisi lain, pengrajin mempunyai tanggungan keluarga, maka sangat diperlukan tambahan sumber pendapatan dari anggota keluarga yang lain khususnya yang telah berusia produktif guna meningkatkan pendapatan per kapita rumah tangga pengrajin yang memenuhi Standar Kebutuhan Hidup Layak Kabupaten Banyumas. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | This research entitled "Income Analysis Goldsmith in Pasir Kidul Village, Purwokerto Barat District, Banyumas Regency". This study aimed to determine the effect of output, working hours, age, and work experience, either simultaneously or partially on the goldsmiths income in Pasir Kidul village, and to determine the contribution of goldsmiths income on household income, and to determine the comparison of goldsmith income or the comparison of per capita income in Pasir Kidul Village through decent living standarts (KHL) Banyumas 2015. The number of respondents as many as 51 people in which the population as many as 104 goldsmiths. Data analysis method is used multiple regression and tabulation analysis. Based on multiple regression analysis is obtained that the model of output, working hours, age, and work experience simultaneously are significant effect on goldsmiths income in Pasir Kidul Village. Output, working hours and work experience partially are positive and significant effect on the goldsmith income, while the age variable partially are not significant effect on goldsmiths income. It was also found that the contribution precentage of goldsmiths income in Pasir Kidul Village on the household incomes is more than 50 percent, which mounted to 76.26 percent, or it can be said a great contribution to the household income. Based on the comparison of per capita household income of goldsmiths with Standard KHL Banyumas 2015, it is known that there are a number of 49 households or 96.08 percent of respondents have not met the Living Needs (KHL) and two household or 3.92 percent already meet the standards of KHL. Therefore, it can be said the majority of per capita household income of goldsmiths in the village of Pasir Kidul not meet decent living standards Banyumas 2015. The implication of this research is the goldsmiths need the training and monitoring from Department of Industry, Trade, and Cooperation to improve their skills so that will can increase income. Continuity and consistency can also add the work experience of goldsmith. Gold handicraft business has the potential to be developed because the contribution or donation of goldsmiths income on household income is more than 50 percent. On the other side, the goldsmiths have the family responsibilities, so it have to need an additional income of the other family members who have been particularly productive age in order to increase per capita of household income artisans that meet standards living need of Banyumas. |
