| Judul Artikel | PENGARUH SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA DAN PEMANFAATAN TEKNOLOGI INFORMASI TERHADAP MANAJEMEN ASET TETAP DAERAH PADA PEMERINTAH DAERAH KABUPATEN CILACAP |
| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh sumber daya manusia dan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi terhadap manajemen aset tetap daerah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah pihak-pihak yang terkait dengan manaejemen aset tetap daerah pada pemerintah daerah kabupaten cilacap. Metode pengambilan sampel yaitu dengan random sampling. Data penelitian ini diperoleh dari kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada responden. Jumlah responden yang diambil dalam penelitian ini berdasarkan perhitungan slovin adalah 61 orang. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis persamaan regresi linear berganda. Terdapat (tiga) hipotesis dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa hipotesis pertama (H1) yaitu sumber daya manusia dan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap manajemen aset tetap daerah diterima. Hipotesis kedua (H2) yaitu sumber daya manusia berpengaruh positif terhadap manajemen aset tetap daerah diterima. Hipotesis ketiga (H3) juga menunjukan adanya pengaruh positif pemanfaatan teknologi informasi terhadap manajemen aset tetap daerah diterima. Implikasi dari hasil penelitian ini adalah dengan adanya pengaruh yang positif atas sumberdaya manusia dan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi terhadap manajemen aset tetap daerah, pemerintah daerah kabupaten cilacap perlu terus menjaga dan meningkatkan sumber daya pengelola aset tetap daerah dari sisi keterlibatan kerja dan motivasi intrinsik melalui pemberian insentif, reward dan motivasi kerja serta pemeliharaan dan penyediaan teknologi informasi aset tetap daerah yang dapat memenuhi nilai manfaat dan kemudahan penggunannya. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The purpose of this research was to examine the influence of human resources and the utilization of information technology to management of local government fixed assets. This research uses a quantitative approach. The population of this research is civil servant who involved in managing the local goverment fixed asset in each SKPD on local government of Cilacap District. Methode use in sampling is random sampling. The data in this research were obtained from quetionnaires distribute to respondents. The number of respondents were taken in this study is 61 peoples. Hypothesis testing uses multiple linear regression analysis. There are 3 (three) hypothesis in this research. The result showed that the first hypothesis (H1) is accepted that the human resources and the utilization of information technology have a simultan impact on management of local government fixed assets. Second hypothesis (H2) is accepted that the human resources have a positive impact on management of local government fixed assets. Third hypothesis (H3) is accepted too, that the utilization of information technology have a positive impact on management of local government fixed assets. The implication of this research is Cilacap District needs to continue maintain and improve the resources of local government fixed assets’s administrator at job involvement and also intrinsic job motivation throug the incentive provision, reward, and work motivasion along with supply dan maitanance of local government fixed assets’s technology information that can fulfill value of benefit and user convenience. |
