Penyakit Jantung Koroner (PJK) merupakan salah satu penyebab utama kematian di berbagai negara, namun masih banyak masyarakat yang belum memahami gejala dan bahaya PJK. Data Dinas Kesehatan Banyumas Tahun 2014 menunjukan proporsi penyakit jantung koroner berdasarkan laporan dari puskesmas yaitu 2,31%, sementara berdasarkan laporan dari rumah sakit proporsinya 8,53%. Hasil survey di Rumah Sakit Wijaya Kusuma Purwokerto menunjukkan peningkatan kasus yang signifikan dari tahun ke tahun. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui gambaran karakteristik pasien rawat jalan PJK di Rumah Sakit Wijaya Kusuma Purwokerto, Banyumas bulan Januari-Maret tahun 2016. Metode penelitian. Jenis penelitian deskriptif study kasus. Populasi merupakan seluruh PJK. Sampel berjumlah 259 yang diperoleh menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Penelitian menggunakan data sekunder dengan instrumen penelitian berupa ceklist. Analisis data berupa analisis univariate menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian. mayoritas pasien PJK bertempat tinggal di Wilayah Banyumas, berusia 55-65 berjenis kelamin laki laki, berstatus gizi normal, dan tekanan darah dalam kategori pre hipertensi Kesimpulan. Perlu dilakukan upaya pencegahan PJK dengan memperbaiki pola makan dan gaya hidup. Key word: PJK, penelitian, karakteristik, pasien, proporsi. |

Coronary Hearth Disease (CHD) is one of the major causes of death in many countries , but there are still many people who do not understand the signs and dangers of CHD. Based on Banyumas Health Service data of 2014, the proportion of coronary heart disease based on reports from health centers reached 2.31%. While according to a report from the hospital, the proportion was 8.53%. The results of the survey at the Hospital Wijaya Kusuma Purwokerto showed a significant increase in cases from year to year. This study aims to determine the characteristic features of CHD outpatients at Hospital Wijaya Kusuma Purwokerto , Banyumas during January to March 2016. Methods. This type of study was the case study. The population were all of CDH patients in Hospital Wijaya Kusuma Purwokerto, January to March 2016. Total number of samples were 259, by purposive sampling technique. This research used secondary data and data analysis was conducted by SPSS. Results. Results of this study showed that the majority characteristic of patients in Hospital Wijaya Kusuma Purwokerto were 55-65 year old, male, normal nutritional status, and blood pressure in pre- hypertensive category. Conclusion. Prevention efforts of CHD such as healthy diet and lifestyle are important to be done. Key word: CHD, research, characteristic, patients. |
