| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Latar Belakang: Terapi yang dapat dilakukan untuk mempertahankan hidup pasien gagal ginjal kronik adalah hemodialisis. Terapi hemodialisis seringkali menyebabkan pasien mengalami kecemasan. Pasien hemodialisis untuk dapat melangsungkan kehidupannya harus mampu memenuhi kebutuhan dasarnya, salah satunya pemenuhan kebutuhan spiritual. Tujuan: Mengetahui hubungan pemenuhan kebutuhan spiritual dengan skor kecemasan pada pasien yang menjalani hemodialisis di RSUD Prof. Dr Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatancrosssectional. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik consecutive sampling. Besar sampeladalah 73 responden yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi. Analisis data menggunakan uji statistik korelasi Pearson untuk pemenuhan kebutuhan spiritual dengan kecemasan dan lama hemodialisis. Hasil: Mayoritas jenis kelamin laki laki (60,3%). Usia responden tergolong dalam usia dewasa akhir (87,7%), pendidikan mayoritas SD (42,5%). Kemudian untuk rata-rata lama menjalani hemodialisis 28 bulan.Uji statistik Pearson pada pemenuhan kebutuhan spiritualdengan skor kecemasan menunjukkan p value 0,017 dan nilai r -0,279 Kesimpulan: Ada hubungan yang signifikan antara pemenuhan kebutuhan spiritualitas dengan skor kecemasan pada pasien yang menjalani hemodialisis di RSUD Prof. Dr Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto. Semakin tinggi pemenuhan kebutuhan spiritual maka kecemasan semakin rendah. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Introduction:Therapies that can be done to maintain the life of patients with chronic renal failure is hemodialysis. Hemodialysis therapy often causes patients to experience anxiety. Hemodialysis patients to be able to carry out his life should be able to meet their basic needs, one of which spiritual fulfillment. Object: This research aims to test relationship the spiritual fulfillment with anxietylevel ofpatients on hemodialysis in Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo hospital Purwokerto. Method: This research is quantitative research with cross sectional approach. Sampling use the technique of consecutive sampling. A large sample was 73 respondents who meet the criteria for inclusion and exclusion. Correlation Pearson is used to analysis data statistical tests, to investigation relationship the spiritual fulfillment with anxietylevel ofpatients on hemodialysis in Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo hospital Purwokerto. Result: Based on the result show majority of male gender (60,3%), late adulthood (87,7%) and education majority of SD (42,5%), while the average hemodialisa long live 28 months. Statistical tests showed p-value Pearson of 0,017 and the r value is -0,279. Conclussion:There is relationship the spiritual fulfillment with anxietylevel ofpatients on hemodialysis in Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo hospital Purwokerto. Higher the fulfillment of a need for spirituaL then low getting anxiety. |
