Indonesia) | Perluasan kepesertaan BPJS Kesehatan khususnya peserta pekerja bukan penerima upah (PBPU) dihadapkan pada beberapa masalah, salah satunya yaitu penunggakan pembayaran iuran bulanan oleh peserta yang sudah terdaftar. Data dari BPJS Kesehatan Purwokerto menunjukkan jika pada tahun 2015, sekitar 57,84% peserta mengalami penunggakan pembayaran iuran. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap keterlambatan membayar iuran BPJS Kesehatan pada peserta PBPU di Kabupaten Ba nyumas.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan case control. Sampel kasus sebanyak 141 peserta dan kontrol sebanyak 141 peseta dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Berdasarkan hasil analisis multivariat dari dua belas variabel independen hanya empat variabel yang berpengaruh pada keterlambatan membayar iuran BPJS Kesehatan dengan nilai CI 95% yaitu variabel umur < 35 tahun (p-value = 0,000), status ekonomi (kuintil 1) (p-value = 0,000), jumlah anggota keluarga ≥ 5 orang (p-value = 0,011), dan nilai CI 90% yaitu status menikah (p-value = 0,059). Meningkatkan sosialisasi mengenai peraturan BPJS Kesehatan dan konsekuensi keterlambatan, meningkatkan kesadaran peserta akan pentingnya memilki asuransi kesehatan secara berkelanjutan dan memberikan prioritas kebutuhan dasar kesehatan pada pengeluaran rumah tangga merupakan upaya-upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk mengurangi angka keterlambatan dalam membayar iuran BPJS Kesehatan pada peserta PBPU. |

Inggris) | The participants expansion of BPJS Kesehatan, especially for participants of the informal sector (PBPU) are faced with several problems, one of the problem was late payments of premium payments per month by participants who have already registered. Data from BPJS Kesehatan Purwokerto showed if approximately 57.84% of the participants had experienced late payments in contribution payments in 2015. The purpose of this study was to find out the factors which have effect of late payments in paying the contribution payments of BPJS Kesehatan to the participants PBPU in Banyumas. This study was a quantitative research by case control approach. The case sample has as many as 141 participants and control sample has as many as 141 participants by using sampling technique of simple random sampling technique. Based on the result of multivariate analysis of twelve variables independent were only four variables that had effect of late payments in paying the premium payments of BPJS Kesehatan with values of CI 95% are variable age <35 years (p-value = 0.000), the economic status (quintile 1) (p-value = 0.000), number of family members ≥ 5 members (p-value = 0.011), and the value of CI 90% are married status (p-value = 0.059). Improving socialization of regulations and consequences of late payments of BPJS Kesehatan, increasing participants' awareness of the importance have healthcare insurance continuously and give priority to the basic health needs at the household expenses are efforts that can be done to reduce the number of late payments in the premium payments of BPJS Kesehatan to the participants PBPU. |
