Indonesia) | Rendahnya kepesertaan BPJS Kesehatan pada sektor informal di Banyumas dikarenakan sosialisasi menggunakan media KIE Kesehatan saat ini belum merata sehingga pengetahuan dan sikap tentang program BPJS Kesehatan belum menyeluruh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas media KIE Kesehatan dalam peningkatan pengetahuan dan sikap tentang program BPJS Kesehatan pada penderes gula kelapa di Kecamatan Cilongok Kabupaten Banyumas. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif menggunakan metode quasi eksperiment dengan desain non-randomized pre-test and post-test with control group design. Total sampel 120 penderes gula kelapa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebelum dan sesudah intervensi terdapat perbedaan pengetahuan dengan ρ-value film (0,000), leaflet (0,000), booklet (0,000), sikap menggunakan film (0,000), dan booklet (0,001). Tidak terdapat perbedaan pengetahuan kontrol (0,693), sikap menggunakan booklet (0,058) dan kontrol (0,248). Terdapat perbedaan pengetahuan dan sikap antar kelompok media (0,000) dengan film memiliki nilai rata-rata tertinggi pengetahuan (16,9667), leaflet (16,8), booklet (16,1), dan sikap film (40,4333), leaflet (36,2333), booklet (34,5333). Terdapat perbedaan efektivitas media KIE Kesehatan terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan dan sikap penderes gula kelapa tentang program BPJS Kesehatan dengan film memiliki nilai rata-rata tertinggi. |

Inggris) | The low membership of BPJS Kesehatan in informal sector at Banyumas due to the usage of Health IEC media socialization currently was not spreaded evenly, so that the knowledge and attitude about BPJS program were not comprehensive. The aimed of this study was to analyze the effectiveness of Health IEC media in improving knowledge and attitude about BPJS Kesehatan program of palm sugar farmers in Cilongok District of Banyumas Regency. This study used quantitative method of quasi experiment with design non-randomized pre-test and post-test with control group design. The total samples were 120 palm sugar farmers. The results showed that there were the differences before and after intervention such as, knowledge with ρ-value films (0,000), leaflets (0,000), booklets (0,000), attitudes of using film (0,000), and booklets (0,001). There were no differences in knowledge of the control (0.693), attitude of using the booklet (.058) and control (0.248). There were differences in knowledge and attitude among media groups (0,000) of film with the highest average score of knowledge (16,9667), leaflets (16,8), booklets (16,1), and attitude film (40.4333), leaflet (36,2333), booklet (34,5333). There were differences in the effectiveness of health IEC media to increase knowledge and attitude of palm sugar farmers on BPJS Kesehatan with the film program has the highest average value. |
