| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Latar Belakang : Pelayanan Kesehatan yang baik merupakan kebutuhan seluruh masyarakat. JKN program pemerintah yang diselenggarakan oleh BPJS Kesehatan guna meningkatkan pemanfaatan pelayanan kesehatan. Persepsi masyarakat terhadap jaminan kesehatan menjadi salah satu hal yang mempengaruhi tingkat pemanfaatan pelayanan kesehatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis persepsi penderes gula kelapa terhadap kualitas pelayanan FKTP yang bekerjasama dengan BPJS Kesehatan. Metodologi : Metode penelitian ini yaitu kualitatif fenomenologis menggunakan analisis isi dengan pendekatan thematic network. Informan kunci penelitian ini adalah penderes gula kelapa di Desa Langgongsari, Pageraji dan Rancamaya dan informan pendukungnya adalah bidan dan kepala puskesmas. Hasil Penelitian : Berdasarkan persepsi penderes kelebihan FKTP lebih dominan pada aspek tangibles dan kekurangan lebih dominan pada aspek empathy; Kebutuhan penderes akan pelayanan kesehatan mempertimbangkan risiko pekerjaan dan status kesehatan; Harapan penderes akan kualitas pelayanan FKTP yaitu peningkatan pelayanan secara cepat, tepat, adil dan komunikatif; dan Keinginan penderes menjadi peserta BPJS Kesehatan mempertimbangkan kondisi kesehatan, ekonomi, pengetahuan akan BPJS Kesehatan dan pelayanan yang disediakan oleh fasilitas kesehatan. Kesimpulan : Persepsi penderes gula kelapa akan kualitas pelayanan FKTP yang bekerjasama dengan BPJS Kesehatan, berkaitan dengan kebutuhan dan harapan akan pelayanan serta keinginan untuk menjadi peserta BPJS Kesehatan. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Background : Good health care was the need of public. Guarantee of National Health (JKN) as a government program conducted BPJS Kesehatan to improve the utilization of health services. The public perception of health insurance became one of the things that affect the level of health services utilization. The aimed of this study was to analyze the palm sugar farmers perception of primay health provider (FKTP) service quality in contracting with BPJS Kesehatan. Methodology: This study used qulaitative method with phenomenology approach, analyzed by thematic network. The key informants of this study was palm sugar farmers in Langgongsari, Pageraji, Rancamaya village and supporter informants were midwife and leader of Community Health Center. Result : Based on the perception service quality of FKTP showed the adventages dominant in tangibles aspects and disadventages dominant in empathy aspect; The needs of palm sugar farmer health services by considering occupational risks and health status; The expectation of palm sugar farmer of the FKTP quality service was the improvement of services with a fast, accurate, fair and communicative; as well as the desire of palm sugar farmer to become membership of BPJS Kesehatan with consideration of the health condition, economy, knowledge about BPJS Kesehatan and health care provided by health facilities. Conclusion: The perception of palm sugar farmers about quality service of FKTP in contracting with BPJS Kesehatan related to the needs, expectations of the health service and the desire to became membership of BPJS Kesehatan. |
