| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Program Kemitraan Terhadap Kinerja Keuangan Usaha Kecil Menengah Mitra Binaan di Community Development PT Telkom Tbk Sub Area IV Purwokerto. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh pemilik Usaha Kecil Menengah sebagai mitra dalam Program Kemitraan dan Bina Lingkungan PT Telkom Sub Area IV Purwokerto pada triwulan I tahun 2015 yang berjumlah 50 Usaha Kecil Menengah. Dalam ukuran sampel penelitian ini ditentukan dengan menggunakan metode slovin, dengan alpha 10% ukuran diperoleh sampel sebanyak 34 Usaha Kecil Menengah. Teknik sampling menggunakan metode purposive sampling. analisis regresi tunggal digunakan untuk menganalisis variabel. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, dapat disimpulkan bahwa program kemitraan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja keuangan Kecil Menengah Mitra Binaan di Community Development PT Telkom TbkSub Lokasi Iv Purwokerto.

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The purpose of this research was to analyze the influence of partnership program toward financial performance of Small Medium Enterprise Mitra Binaan at Community Development PT Telkom Tbk Sub Area Iv Purwokerto. The population of this research was whole owner of Small Medium Enterprise as the partners in the Partnership and Community Development Program of PT Telkom Sub Area IV Purwokerto in every three month 2015 which amounts to 50 Small Medium Enterprise. In this research sample size determined using slovin methode, with alpha 10% obtained sample size as much as 34Small Medium Enterprise. The sampling technique was used purposive sampling method. Single regression analysis was used to analyze the variables. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that partnership program has positive influence toward financial performance of Small Medium Enterprise Mitra Binaan at Community Development PT Telkom Tbk Sub Area Iv Purwokerto. |
