| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui aktivitas enzim digesti yang berperan dalam proses pencernaan antara lain protease (trypsin-like) dan amilase, pada ikan Lunjar padi (Rasbora lateristriata) yang diberi pakan dengan jumlah berbeda. Sebanyak 280 ekor ikan lunjar padi dengan metode ekperimental menggunakan rangkaian acak lengkap (RAL), empat perlakuan jumlah pemberian pakan 1% (P1), 3% (P2), 5% (P3), dan 7% (P4) dari berat tubuh ikan dan ulangan individu. Pakan diberikan sebanyak dua kali setiap hari dan masa pemeliharaan selama 30 hari. Konsumsi protein pada setiap perlakuan 1%, 3%, 5%, dan 7% setara dengan 5,06g; 16,28g; 34,44g; dan 42,61, sedangkan konsumsi karbohidrat pada setiap perlakuan setara dengan 0,43g; 1,40g; 2,97g; dan 3,68g. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan aktivitas spesifik enzim protease (trypsin-like) 40,36-57,35 U/mg protein dan aktivitas spesifik enzim amilase 9,27-14,62 U/mg protein. Hasil pertumbuhan mutlak 0,35-0,51 g, pertumbuhan spesifik 1,31-1,86 %/hari, sintasan 99,65-100 %. Parameter kualitas air antara lain suhu (25-290C), pH (6-7), oksigen terlarut (5,0-6,8 ppm). Hasil penelitan menunjukkan tidak berbeda nyata (P>0,5) antar perlakuan. Kesimpulan, aktivitas enzim digesti tidak dipengaruhi jumlah pemberian pakan sampai pada tingkat 7 %, pemberian pakan 1% dari berat tubuh ikan sudah cukup untuk kebutuhan ikan Lunjar padi. |

Inggris) | The aim of this research is to find out the activity of enzyme digestion which have role in digestion proces,s such as protease (trypsin-like) and amylase on lunjar padi fish (Rasbora lateristriata) with the different amount of food given. There are 280 lunjar padi fishes with experimental method using Completely Randomized Design (RAL/Rangkaian Acak Lengkap), in which four diffrent treatments amount of fish feeding 1% (P1), 3% (P2), 5% (P3), and 7% (P4) from fish total mass and individual repetition. Food was given twice a day on 30 days cultivation. Protein consumption on each treatment was 1%, 3%, 5%, and 7% equivalent to 5.06 g; 16.28 g; 34.44 g; and 42.61 g, while carbohydrate consumption was equivalent to 0,43 g; 1,40 g; 2,97g; 3,68g. The result of this research showed that the specific activity of protease enzyme (trypsin-like) was 40,36 to 57,35 U/mg protein, and the specific activity of amylase enzyme was 9,27 to 14,62 U/mg protein. Absolute growth rate result is 0,35 to 0,51 g, specific growth rate was 1,31 to1,86% per days, and survival rate was 99.65 to 100%. Water quality parameters rate was temperature (25-29°C), pH (6-7), and dissolved oxygen (5.0 to 6.8 ppm). Result of research shows obviously not significant distinction (P>0.5) for each subjec between treatments. Conclusion is the activity of digestion enzymes are not influenced by the amount of fish feeding reaching the stage of 7% level, fish feeding 1% of fish total mass is enough for Lunjar padi (Rasbora lateristriata) needs. |
