Indonesia) | Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi sumber daya manusia, pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dan ketersediaan anggaran terhadap efektivitas implementasi Permendagri 64/2013 pada entitas akuntansi dan pelaporan Pemerintah Kabupaten Kebumen sebagai lokasi penelitian. Berdasarkan rumus Slovin diperoleh jumlah responden 69 dari populasi 222 SKPD/Unit kerja. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan pengaruh positif kompetensi sumber daya manusia, pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dan ketersediaan anggaran terhadap efektivitas implementasi Permendagri 64/2013. |

Inggris) | The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of human resources competencies, utilization of information technology and budget availability toward of Permendagri number 64/ 2013 implementation effectiveness on accounting and reporting entities at SKPD/Unit kerja of Kebumen Regency, Central Java, as location of this research. According Slovin’s formula with a significance level of 0,1 the sample size determined, so that totaled sample 69 respondents. The data analysis technique used is the technique of multiple regression analysis. This research illustrates that human resources competencies, utilization of information technology and budget availability have positive effect on Permendagri number 64/ 2013 implementation effectiveness on accounting and reporting entities at SKPD/Unit kerja of Kebumen Regency, Central Java. |
