| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Skripsi ini berjudul Transformasi Novel Sword Art Online 02 Karya Reki Kawahara ke Bentuk Anime: Analisis Ekranisasi; yang meneliti tentang perubahan bentuk dari sebuah novel ke bentuk anime. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah karena menyukai novel dan anime, penulis ingin meneliti perubahan bentuk dan perubahan cerita yang terjadi dari novel ke anime. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis ekranisasi dan teori strukturalisme dalam unsur intrinsiknya yang meliputi tokoh dan penokohan, alur, latar, dan sudut pandang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif yang menggunakan teknik simak dan teknik catat. Data yang digunakan adalah narasi dan dialog dari novel Sword Art Online 02 dan dialog dari anime Sword Art Online. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa dari 67 data novel, terjadi 37 penciutan, 8 penambahan, dan 26 perubahan bervariasi sebagai hasil proses ekranisasi dari transformasi novel ke animenya. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa proses transformasi dari novel ke dalam anime terjadi karena adanya perubahan bentuk dari bentuk verbal menjadi bentuk gambar bergerak yang berdampak pada perubahan aspek-aspek novelnya. Untuk membuat cerita yang berkesinambungan dan tidak rancu karena adanya penciutan, diperlukan adanya penambahan pada proses ekranisasi. Hasil-hasil dari proses ekranisasi antara lain berupa penghilangan tokoh, perubahan alur, dan perbedaan latar. Alasannya adalah karena ketika membaca novel, pembaca berimajinasi dengan pemikirannya sendiri, sedangkan ketika menonton anime, penonton tidak perlu berimajinasi karena sudah ada dukungan visual. |

Inggris) | This research title is Transformation of Sword Art Online 02 Novel by Reki Kawahara Into Anime: Analysis of Ecranisation that describe about transformation from the story of novel into an anime form. The purpose of this research is because I like both of novel and anime, I want to examine the transformation and the story changes from novel into anime form. Analysis techique uses the ecranisation analysis and structuralism theory in the intrinsic elements that include character and characterization, plot, setting, and point of view. This research is a qualitative research that use gather and record technique. The data used in this research are dialogue and naration from Sword Art Online 02 novel and dialogue from Sword Art Online anime. The finding of this research showed that from 67 novel’s data, 37 reductions, 8 additions, and 26 varied changes happened as a result of ecranisation process of the transformation from novel into anime. The conclusion of this research is the transformation process of novel into anime happens because the verbal form changes and becomes a moving picture’s form. An addition should be done in order to make the story continuous and not messed up because a reduction. The results of the ecranisation process include removal of the character, changes of the plot, and difference of the setting. The reason is because when the readers read the novel, they think with their own imagination, but when they watch anime, they don’t have to imagine because they’re helped by visual appearance. |
