| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Hasil survey pendahuluan di Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Banyumas, diperoleh data jumlah SMK di Kabupaten Banyumas sebanyak 74 sekolah dengan jumlah guru BK sebanyak 114 orang, yang sudah PNS berjumlah 28 orang, sedangkan yang bukan PNS berjumlah 86 orang. Tingkat stres kerja guru BK SMK di Kabupaten Banyumas sebanyak 14 orang, diperoleh hasil bahwa sebanyak 2 orang (14,3%) stres sedang, 3 orang (21,4%) stres berat dan 9 orang (64,3%) stres berat sekali. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui hubungan faktor intrinsik pekerjaan (pencahayaan, suhu, kelembaban, perjalanan ke dan dari tempat kerja, pemakaian teknologi baru dan beban kerja) dengan stres kerja guru Bimbingan Konseling (BK) SMK di Kabupaten Banyumas. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 31 orang dengan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji Chi Square. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan variabel yang berhubungan dengan stres kerja adalah beban kerja (p = 0,035) lebih kecil dari 0,05. Sebaiknya beban kerja guru BK disesuaikan dengan standar (mengampu 150-250 siswa). Kata Kunci : Stres Kerja, Guru BK Kepustakaan : 50 (2007-2015) |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The results of a preliminary survey in Banyumas District Education Office, showed that the number of vocational schools in Banyumas regency are 74 schools number of teachers are 114, 28 teachers are civil servant, and the rest 86 teachers are not. The level of work stress of vocational counseling teacher in Banyumas as many as 14 people, the result indicates there are 2 teachers (14.3%) who have moderate stress, 3 teachers (21.4%) who have severe stress and 9 teachers (64.3%) who have severe stress once. Objective of the study is to determine the relation between intrinsic factor (lighting, temperature, humidity, distance to and from work, the use of new technologies and workload) and work stress of guidance and counseling teachers at vocational highschool in Banyumas. The sample of this research are 31 people with purposive sampling technique. The data analysis used is Chi Square's test. The results of this study showed that variables related to job stress is the workload (p = 0,035) is smaller than of 0,05. Guidance and Counseling teacher workload should be adjusted to the standard (support 150-250 students). Keywords : Work Stress, Guidance and Counseling teacher. Bibliography : 50 (2007-2015) |
