| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Investasi merupakan peluang yang sangat baik untuk meningkatkan pendapatan. Saat ini banyak orang yang menginvestasikan pendapatannya untuk memperoleh pendapatan yang lebih tinggi. Terdapat berbagai macam jenis investasi, salah satunya adalah kontrak opsi. Opsi dibagi menjadi dua yaitu opsi beli dan opsi jual, dan memiliki dua tipe yaitu tipe Eropa dan tipe Amerika. Salah satu metode yang digunakan untuk menentukan harga opsi adalah model Binomial CRR, yaitu teknik menentukan harga opsi yang menggunakan parameter-parameter pendukung. Hasil riset menunjukkan bahwa parameter yang diestimasi adalah u, d, p dan estimasi opsi jual untuk April 2016 tipe Eropa adalah 58.79393968, sedangkan estimasi opsi jual untuk April 2016 tipe Amerika 2 langkah dan 3 langkah secara berturut-turut adalah 47.27068368 dan 45.31722115. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Investment is an excellent opportunity to increase revenue. Nowadays a lot of people who investing their income to get a higher income. There are different types of investments, one of which is the option contract. Options are divided into two, the call option and put option, and has two types of European type and American type. One method used to determine the Binomial option pricing model is CRR, which is a technique to determine the price of options using the supporting parameters. The results showed that the estimated parameters are u, d, p and estimates put option for the April 2016 European type is 58.79393968, while estimates put option for the April 2016 American type 2-step and three-step succession is 47.27068368 and 45.31722115.
