| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini berjudul “Kesantunan Berbahasa di Terminal Bulu Pitu Purwokerto. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pematuhan prinsip kesantunan yang dilakukan oleh penutur bahasa di Terminal Bulu Pitu Purwokerto dan mendeskripsikan pelanggaran prinsip kesantunan yang dilakukan oleh penutur bahasa di Terminal Bulu Pitu Purwokerto. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif. Data dalam penelitian ini adalah penggalan-penggalan tuturan penutur bahasa di terminal yang tergolong mematuhi atau melanggar prinsip kesantunan, sedangkan sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah para penutur bahasa di Terminal Bulu Pitu Purwokerto. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode simak. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik dasar sadap dan teknik lanjutan teknik pancing, teknik rekam dan teknik catat. Metode analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode padan dengan teknik dasar teknik pilah unsur penentu dan teknik lanjutan berupa teknik pilah unsur penentu dengan daya pilah pembeda reaksi dan keterdengaran. Metode pemaparan hasil analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode informal. Hasil penelitian Kesantunan Berbahasa di Terminal Bulu Pitu Purwokerto menunjukan bahwa tuturan penutur bahasa di terminal lebih banyak terjadi pada pematuhan prinsip kesantunan daripada pelanggaran prinsip kesantunan. Hal itu menunjukan bahwa dalam penelitian ini tuturan penutur bahasa di Terminal Bulu Pitu Purwokerto tergolong ke dalam tuturan yang santun. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The title of this research is "The Politeness Speak at Bulu Pitu Bus Station Purwokerto. The purpose of this research is to describe the compliance of the politeness principles by speakers at Bulu Pitu Bus Station Purwokerto and to describe the violations of the politeness principle by the speakers at Bulu Pitu Bus Station Purwokerto. This research used descriptive qualitative method. The data of this research are fragments of speech language used by the speakers at the bus station which were belonging to violate the principle of politeness, while the source of the data in this research were the speakers at Bulu Pitu Bus Station Purwokerto. This research used observation method in collecting the data. Data collection techniques used tapping technique as basic techniques and stimulation technique, recording technique and noting technique as the advance technique. In analyzing the data, this research used comparing technique with dividing-key-factors technique as basic technique and dividing-key-factors technique as advance technique with the dividing differentiator of reaction and audibility. The presentation method of this research used informal methods. The result of this research showed that speech language of the speakers in the Bulu Pitu Bus Station Purwokerto were more frequently in compliance of politeness principles than violation of the politeness principle. It shows that the speech language speakers in Bulu Pitu Bus Station Purwokerto belong to the polite speech. |
