| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penulisan skripsi ini membahas mengenai Pencegahan Tindak Pidana Korupsi di Wilayah Hukum Kejaksaan Negeri Cilacap. Hal ini dilatar belakangi karena tindak pidana di Indonesia yang dapat merugikan masyarakat dan negara adalah tindak pidana korupsi. Sehingga perlu adanya suatu upaya pencegahan tindak pidana korupsi. Di cilacap ada beberapa kasus korupsi yang sudah masuk dalam pemeriksaan maupun sudah sampai tahap putusan pengadilan. Upaya pencegahan yang dilakukan di wilayah hukum Kejaksaan Negeri Cilacap melalui upaya Preemtif, Preventif dan Represif serta dengan Peran Serta Masyarakat. Selain itu Jaksa Agung mengeluarkan Keputusan Jaksa Agung Republik Indonesia No. KEP- 152 / A / JA /10 / 2015 tentang Pembentukan Tim Pengawal dan Pengaman Pemerintahan dan Pembangunan (TP4) berdasarkan Instruksi Presiden Nomor 7 Tahun 2015 Tentang aksi pencegahan dan pemberantasan korupsi. Kemudian hambatan yang dihadapi dibagi menjadi 2 (dua) faktor yaitu faktor internal dan faktor eksternal. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui upaya pencegahan tindak pidana korupsi beserta hambatannya di wilayah hukum Kejaksaan Negeri Cilacap. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa upaya pencegahan tindak pidana korupsi di Wilayah Hukum Kejaksaan Negeri Cilacap telah berjalan sebagaimana mestinya. Hal yang perlu diperbaiki adalah peran bersama antara aparat penegak hukum, pemerintah dan masyarakat dalam pencegahan tindak pidana korupsi. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Writing this thesis discusses the Prevention of Corruption in Cilacap District Attorney Jurisdiction. This is motivated because of a criminal offense in Indonesia which can be detrimental to the community and the country is corruption. So it needs an effort to prevent corruption in Cilacap there are some cases of corruption that have been included in the examination and had reached the stage of court rulings. Prevention efforts are made in the jurisdiction of the State Attorney Cilacap through the efforts of pre-emptive, preventive and repressive as well as with Public Participation. Besides the Attorney General issued a Decision of the Attorney General of Indonesia No. KEP-152 / A / JA / 10/2015 Guards on Team Building and Safety Governance and Development (TP4) pursuant to Presidential Instruction No. 7 Year 2015 About action to prevent and eradicate corruption. Then there are obstacles faced two factors: internal factors and external factors The purpose of this study was to determine the prevention of corruption along with the obstacles in the jurisdiction of the State Attorney Cilacap. These results indicate that efforts to prevent corruption in Cilacap District Attorney Jurisdiction running as expected. Things need to be improved is the joint war between law enforcement, governments and communities in the prevention of corruption. |
