Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh ekstrak mikroba rhizosfer lima varietas bambu terhadap penyakit kapang kelabu dan untuk mengetahui pengaruhnya terhadap mutu dari buah stroberi pascapanen. Penelitian telah dilaksanakan di Laboratorium Perlindungan Tanaman Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Jenderal Soedirman mulai bulan November 2015 sampai dengan Maret 2016. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap dengan 4 ulangan dan dua kali pengujian, in vitro dan in planta. Perlakuan terdiri atas kontrol, ekstrak mikroba rhizosfer bambu wulung, tali, kasap, kuning, dan ampel. Variabel pengamatan meliputi diameter koloni, persentase buah terserang, umur simpan, kekerasan, kadar gula, kadar vitamin C, dan warna buah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ekstrak mikroba rhizosfer bambu kuning efektif mengendalikan B. cinerea in-vitro dengan daya hambat diameter koloni sebesar 67,78%. Pengaruh ekstrak mikroba rhizosfer bambu terhadap mutu buah stroberi pascapanen tidak menimbulkan perbedaan nyata pada semua parameter kecuali kadar vitamin C. Ekstrak mikroba rhizosfer bambu tali mampu menahan turunnya kadar vitamin C buah stroberi sebesar 3,696 mg/100 g. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | This research aimed to know the effect of five bamboos rhizosperic microorganisms extract on gray mold and on quality of strawberry postharvest fruit. This research was carried out at the Laboratory of Plant Protection, Faculty of Agriculture, Jenderal Soedirman University, started from November 2015 to January 2016. Completely randomized design was used with four replicates and two tests, i.e., in vitro and in vivo test. The treatments were control, rhizospheric microorganisms extract of wulung, tali, kasap, kuning and ampel bamboos. Variables observed were colony diameter, disease intensity, fruit hardness, sugar content, vitamin C degree, and fruit color. Results of the research showed that the rhizospheric microorganisms extract of kuning bamboo was effective to inhibit B. cinerea colony diameter in vitro as 67,78%. However, all bamboos rhizospheric microorganisms extract did not affect significantly different for all postharvest variables except vitamin C degree. The rhizospheric microorganisms extract of tali bamboo was able to hold vitamin C reduction as 3,696 mg/100 g. |
