| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh bukti empiris mengenai pengaruh Intellectual Capital dan Good Corporate Governance terhadap kinerja keuangan Bank Syariah di Indonesia. Hipotesis yang diajukan adalah Intellectual Capital berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja keuangan Bank Umum Syariah dan Good Corporate Governance berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja keuangan Bank Umum Syariah. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder dengan populasi Bank Umum Syariah yang terdaftar di Bank Indonesia tahun 2010-2014. Metode yang digunakan untuk menentukan sampel penelitian adalah metode purposive sampling, sehingga diperoleh diperoleh 40 sampel perusahaan, yang setiap tahunnya terdiri dari 8 perusahaan. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Intellectual Capital berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja keuangan Bank Umum Syariah dan Good Corporate Governance berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja keuangan Bank Umum Syariah. Keterbatasan penelitian ini adalah sampel yang hanya menggunakan satu jenis bank syariah yaitu Bank Umum Syariah. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | This study aimed to get empirical evidence about the effect of Intellectual Capital and Good Corporate Governance on the financial the performance of Bank Syariah in Indonesia. The submitted hypothesis was Intellectual Capital giving the positive effect on the financial performance of Islamic Banks and Good Corporate Governance giving the positive effect on the financial the performance of Islamic Banks. This study used secondary data with a population of Islamic Banks registered in Bank Indonesia in 2010-2014. The method used to determine the research sample is purposive sampling method, in order to obtain a sample obtained 40 companies, which annually consists of 8 companies. The analytical method used in this research is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results showed that the Intellectual Capital positive effect on the financial performance of Islamic Banks and Good Corporate Governance positive effect on the financial performance of Islamic Banks. Limitations of this study are that the sample using only one type of BankUmumSyariah Islamic Bank. |
