| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Desa Kemawi merupakan salah satu desa penghasil gula kelapa cetak organik di Kabupaten Banyumas. Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh pengrajin gula kelapa cetak organik yaitu belum mengetahui pendapatan yang diperoleh secara rinci dan seharusnya lebih menitikberatkan ke semakin tingginya pendapatan yang diperoleh dengan penggunaan faktor produksi yang efisien. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah 1) mengetahui biaya dan pendapatan pengrajin gula kelapa cetak organik di Kelompok Tani Sekar Mancung, 2) mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan faktor-faktor produksi terhadap produksi gula kelapa cetak organik pengrajin gula kelapa cetak organik di Kelompok Tani Sekar Mancung, 3) mengetahui efisiensi penggunaan faktor-faktor produksi pada usaha produksi gula kelapa cetak organik pengrajin gula kelapa cetak organik di Kelompok Tani Sekar Mancung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survei. Lokasi penelitian dipilih secara sengaja (purposive) di Desa Kemawi Kecamatan Somagede Kabupaten Banyumas pada tanggal 7 November 2015 sampai dengan 18 Desember 2015. Sasaran penelitian yaitu pengrajin gula kelapa cetak organik anggota Kelompok Tani Sekar Mancung Desa Kemawi. Rancangan pengambilan sampel dengan metode Simple Random Sampling menghasilkan 31 responden. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah biaya dan pendapatan, fungsi produksi Cobb Douglas dan efisiensi penggunaan faktor produksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendapatan rata-rata pengrajin gula kelapa cetak organik sebesar –Rp5.964.536,12, namun jika dihitung secara rill maka diperoleh pendapatan rata-rata sebesar Rp1.386.689,76. Faktor produksi yang berpengaruh pada usaha pengrajin gula kelapa cetak organik anggota Kelompok Tani Sekar Mancung adalah nira. Penggunaan faktor produksi nira tidak efisien. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Kemawi village are one of the organic coconut palm sugar-producing village in Banyumas. The coconut sugar production in the Kemawi village was so highly developed, so the local communities formed a group of farmers who named Sekar Mancung farmers comprising 113 organic coconut producer palm sugar. The obstacles in implementing business development often encountered by producer organic coconut sugar is that they did not know the income earned in detail and should not only oriented to high production, but is more focused to the higher revenues earned by use the efficient of production factors. The purpose of the research is 1) determine the costs and revenues received by producers of organic coconut palm sugar farmer groups Sekar Mancung, 2) know the influence of production factor to the production of organic coconut palm sugar by producers of organic coconut palm sugar Farmers group Sekar Mancung, 3) determine the efficiency of the use of production factor in organic coconut palm sugar businesses conducted by producers organic coconut palm sugar Farmers Sekar Mancung. The method used is a survey method. Locations were selected intentionally (purposive) in the Kemawi village, Somagede District of Banyumas on 7 November 2015 to 18 December 2015. The object research is organic coconut palm sugar producers Farmers Group members Sekar Mancung Kemawi village. The used design of sampling is simple random sampling method resulted in 31 organic coconut palm sugar producers. Analysis of the data used is the cost and revenue, Cobb Douglas production function and efficiency of use of production factors. The results of the research showed that the average income of organic coconut palm sugar producers if the calculated cost of depreciation of equipment, firewood, mangosteen rind,and labor –Rp5.964.536,12,however if calculated rill then earned an average income of Rp1.386.689,76. Factors that affect the production of organic coconut palm sugar producers farmer group members Sekar Mancung is sap, while firewood, mangosteen rind, lime, and labor has unreal effect on the business of organic coconut palm sugar Farmers Group members Sekar Mancung. The use of factors of production sap was inefficient. |
