| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Hepatitis B adalah penyakit menular yang disebabkan oleh infeksi virus hepatitis B. Infeksi virus hepatitis B terjadi ketika sel-sel hati kontak dengan virus hepatitis B. Dinamika infeksi virus hepatitis B dapat digambarkan secara matematis menggunakan model matematika. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengobatan, maka model matematika yang dikaji adalah model infeksi virus hepatitis B tanpa pengobatan dan dengan pengobatan. Kedua model mempunyai titik kesetimbangan bebas penyakit dan endemik yang terbukti stabil. Berdasarkan angka reproduksi dasar, parameter yang paling berpengaruh untuk mengontrol infeksi virus hepatitis B adalah efektifitas terapi dalam menghalangi infeksi virus hepatitis B, efektifitas terapi dalam menghalangi produksi virus hepatitis B dan pengobatan pada sel hati yang terinfeksi. Simulasi model menunjukkan bahwa tingkat pengobatan pada sel-sel hati yang terinfeksi merupakan faktor yang paling berpengaruh dalam mengurangi penyebaran infeksi virus hepatitis B. |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Hepatitis B is an infectious disease caused by infection of hepatitis B virus. The infection of hepatitis B virus occur when liver cells contact with hepatitis B viruses. The dynamics of the infection of hepatitis B virus can be described mathematically using a mathematical model. In order to understand the affect of a treatment to mathematical models are studied namely, models of hepatitis B infection with treatment and without a treatment. Both modesl have a disease free equilibrium and endemic equilibrium which are proven to be stable. Considering the basic reproduction number, the most parameter to be controled are efficiency of therapy in blocking new infection , efficiency of therapy in inhibiting virus production and treatment of infected cell. Simulation studies show that the level of treatment is the most influence factor in reducing the spread of infection of hepatitis B virus. |
