| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan menggunakan survei kepada responden dari perangkat kelurahan di wilayah Kabupaten Banyumas. Penelitian ini mengambil judul: “Pengaruh Sistem Pengendalian Internal dan Penerapan Good Governance Terhadap Kinerja Instansi Pemerintah (Studi Empiris Pada Kelurahan di Wilayah Kabupaten Banyumas)”. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh sistem pengendalian internal dan penerapan good governance terhadap kinerja instansi pemerintah. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Perangkat kelurahan di wilayah Kabupaten Banyumas yang terdiri dari Kepala Kelurahan, Sekretaris, Kumpulan Kepala Seksi dan Pegawai lainnya yang berstatus Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS). Jumlah responden yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah 54 responden. Purposive sampling method digunakan dalam penentuan responden. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis data menggunakan Uji Hipotesis Regresi Berganda menunjukkan bahwa : 1. Sistem Pengendalian Internal secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja 2. Penerapan Good Governance secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap kinerja 3. Secara Simultan, Sistem Pengendalian Internal dan Penerapan Good Governance berpengaruh terhadap kinerja Implikasi dari kesimpulan di atas yaitu Perangkat Kelurahan perlu untuk memperkuat Sistem Pengendalian Internal di Lingkungan Kerjanya dengan cara menerapkan PP 60 tahun 2008 tentang Sistem Pengendalian Internal Pemerintah (SPIP) dengan 5 elemennya (Lingkungan Pengendalian, Analisis Risiko, Aktivitas Pengendalian, Informasi dan komunikasi, dan Pemantauan) dalam melaksanakan seluruh kegiatan di kelurahan. Di samping itu, Penerapan Good Governance yang sudah cukup baik untuk meningkatkan kinerja juga perlu untuk ditingkatkan. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | This research is a field research using a survey to the respondents of the Kelurahan in the district of Banyumas. This study takes the title: "Influence of Internal Control System and Implementation of Good Governance Against Performance of Government Agencies (Empirical Study On Kelurahan in Banyumas regency)". The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the internal control system and the implementation of good governance on the performance of government agencies. The population in this study is the Manajemen of Kelurahan in the district of Banyumas consisting of Lurah, Secretary, set the Section Head and other employee status of Civil Servants (PNS). The number of respondents who were taken in this study were 54 respondents. Purposive sampling method used in the determination of the respondents. Based on the research and analysis of data using multiple regression hypothesis test showed that: 1. Internal Control System partially no effect on performance 2. Implementation of Good Governance partially influence on performance 3. Simultaneously, the Internal Control System and Implementation of Good Governance affect the performance The implications of the above conclusion that Irish Manajemen of Kelurahan needs to strengthen its internal control system in the Environment works by applying PP 60 of 2008 on Government Internal Control System (SPIP) with 5 elements (Control Environment, Risk Analysis, Control Activities, Information and communication, and monitoring) in carrying out all activities in the office. In addition, the implementation of Good Governance that is good enough to improve the performance also needs to be improved. |
