Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) Penelitian bertujuan mengkaji kemempanan Bio P60, Bio T10 dan fungisida tunggal dan gabungan terhadap penyakit bulai serta pertumbuhan dan produksi tanaman jagung P21. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Laboratorium Perlindungan Tanaman Fakultas Pertanian Unsoed dan lahan jagung di Desa Tangkisanpos, Kecamatan Jogonalan, Kabupaten Klaten, Jawa Tengah, pada bulan Januari sampai Juni 2016. Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok dengan tiga ulangan.Perlakuan terdiri atas kontrol, Bio P60, Bio T10, fungisida berbahan aktif fenamidon, dimethomorph, metalaxyl-m, dan cara petani. Varabel yang diamati yaitu masa inkubasi, kejadian penyakit, intensitas penyakit, laju infeksi, perkecambahan, tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, saat berbunga pertama, jumlah tongkol per tanaman, berat tongkol basah dan kering per tanaman, dan panjang tongkol isi. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa perlakuan Bio P60, serta perlakuan benih dengan fenamidon dan penyemprotan Bio P60 mampu menekan masa inkubasi sebesar 33,34 dan 25,02%. Perlakuan benih dengan dimethomorph dan perlakuan penyemprotan dengan Bio T10 mampu menekan kejadian penyakit sebesar 97,05 dan 59,53%, tetapi belum mampu menekan intensitas penyakit. Perlakuan Bio T10, penyemprotan Bio T10, dan perlakuan benih dengan fenamidon dan penyemprotan Bio T10 belum mampu menekan masa inkubasi, kejadian dan intensitas penyakit. Perlakuan Bio P60 tunggal mampu meningkatkan tinggi tanaman sebesar 14,92%, dan Bio T10 baik tunggal maupun gabungan dengan fungisida belum mampu menambah tinggi tanaman dan jumlah daun. Perlakuan penyemprotan Bio P60 tunggal maupun gabungan dengan fungisida mampu meningkatkan berat tongkol basah dan kering serta panjang tongkol isi masing-masing sebesar 13,73 dan 18,91%, 19,23 dan 27,58%, dan 10,84 dan 20%. Perlakuan penyemprotan Bio T10 mampu meningkatkan panjang tongkol isi sebesar 10,84 % namun perlakuan Bio T10 tunggal, dan perlakuan benih dengan fungisida fenamidon belum mampu meningkatkan berat tongkol basah, berat tongkol kering dan dibandingkan kontrol.

Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris)This study aimed to assess efficacy of Bio P60, Bio T10 and fungicides alone and in combination toward downy mildew and growth and production of corn P21. The research was conducted at the laboratory of Plant Protection, the Faculty of Agriculture, Unsoed and corn field at Tangkisanpos Village, Klaten, Central Java, from January to June 2016. Randomized block design with three replications was used. The treatment consisted of control, Bio P60, Bio T10, fungicide with active ingredient of fenamidon, dimethomorph, metalaxyl-m, and the farmers practice. Varables observed were incubation period, the disease incidence, the disease intensity, infection rate, germination, plant height, leave number, the first flowering, number of cobs, wet and dry weight of cob, and length of the fill cob. Result of the research showed that Bio P60 and the seed treatment with fenamidon and spraying with Bio P60 were able to suppress the incubation period as 33,34 and 25,02%, respectively. The seed treatment with dimethomorph and spraying with Bio T10 were able to suppress the incidence of the disease as 97,05 and 59,53%, respectively. but they did not suppress intensity of the disease. Bio T10, spraying with Bio T10, and seed treatment with fenamidon and spraying with Bio T10 did not suppress incubation period, and incidence and intensity of the disease. Bio P60 alonecould improve plant height of 14,92%, and Bio T10 either alone or in combination with fungicides was not able to increase plant height and number of leaves. Spraying with Bio P60 and in combination with fungicides could increase cob wet anddry weight, and filled cob length as 13,73 and 18,91%, 19,23 and 27,585%, and 10,84 and 20%,respectively. spraying with Bio T10 could increase filled cob length as 10,84%, but Bio T10 alone and seed treatment with fungicide fenamidon were not able to increase wet and dry weight of cobs compared to controls.
