| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Desa Binangun, Kecamatan Banyumas, Kabupaten Banyumas merupakan salah satu desa yang memiliki potensi produk gula kelapa cukup besar. Permasalahan yang dihadapi para perajin di desa Binangun yaitu tidak memperhitungkan secara terperinci mengenai aspek-aspek finansial dalam usahanya, sehingga penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengetahui biaya, penerimaan, dan pendapatan usaha gula kelapa, (2) mengkaji kelayakan finansial usaha gula kelapa, (3) mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi keuntungan usaha gula kelapa. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Desa Binangun, Kecamatan Banyumas, Kabupaten Banyumas pada tanggal 3 Desember 2015 sampai dengan 28 Januari 2016. Sasaran penelitian ini adalah anggota Kelompok Tani Manggar Lestari. Pemilihan lokasi dan sasaran penelitian dilakukan secara sengaja atau purposive. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode studi kasus dengan rancangan pengambilan sampel yaitu sensus pada 37 responden yang merupakan seluruh anggota Kelompok Tani Manggar Lestari. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis biaya dan pendapatan, R/C ratio dan analisis keuntungan Cobb Douglas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) rata-rata total biaya produksi gula kelapa secara ekonomis sebesar Rp 2.137.837,65/bulan, penerimaan sebesar Rp 1.832.991,23/bulan, dan pendapatan bersih sebesar Rp -304.846,42/bulan yang berarti bahwa usaha gula kelapa pada Kelompok Tani Manggar Lestari di Desa Binangun mengalami kerugian, sedangkan rata-rata total biaya produksi gula kelapa secara finansial sebesar Rp 614.161,98/bulan, penerimaan sebesar Rp 1.832.991,23/bulan, dan pendapatan bersih sebesar Rp 1.218.829,26/bulan, (2) usaha gula kelapa memiliki R/C ratio 0,86 atau kurang dari 1 yang berarti tidak efisien/belum layak, namun secara finansial besar R/C ratio adalah 2,98 (layak) (3) faktor yang terbukti berpengaruh terhadap keuntungan usaha gula kelapa adalah harga bahan baku (nira) dan upah tenaga kerja. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Binangun Village, Banyumas District, Banyumas Regency is one of the villages that have the potential of palm sugar products. The problem faced by the craftsman in Binangun Village is that they do not take into details about the financial aspects in their business, so this study aims to: (1) know the cost, receipt, and income of palm sugar business, (2) assess the financial advisability of palm sugar business, (3) determine the factors that affect profits of palm sugar business. The research was conducted in the Binangun Village, Banyumas District, Banyumas Regency on December 3rd, 2015 until January 28th, 2016. The object of this research is the member of farmer group named Manggar Lestari. The choice of location and object of the study were done deliberately or purposive. The research was conducted by case study method with the design of samplingwhich is the census of 37 respondents who are all the members of Manggar Lestari farmer group.The analytical method used in this research is the analysis of cost and income, R/C ratio and profit analysis by Cobb Douglas. The result shows that (1) the average total cost of production of the palm sugar by economic theory is Rp. 2.137.837,65, the receipt is Rp. 1,832,991.23, and the net income is Rp.-304.846,42which means that palm sugar businesses of Manggar Lestari farmer groupin the Binangun Village losses, while the average total cost of production of the palm sugar by financial theory is Rp. 614.161,98, the receipt is Rp. 1,832,991.23, and the net income is Rp. 1.218.829,26,(2) the business of palm sugar has a R/C ratio is 0.86 or less than 1, which means it inefficient or not feasible, but by financial theory the business of palm sugar has a R/C ratio 2.98 or feasibel, (3) the factors that proved to affect the profitsof palm sugar business are raw materials (nira) prices and labor costs. |
