| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik peternak (pendidikan peternak, lama menjadi anggota koperasi, dan jarak rumah peternak dengan koperasi), unsur-unsur pelayanan koperasi (komunikasi petugas koperasi dan kepemimpinan ketua koperasi), tingkat kepuasan peternak sapi perah sebagai anggota koperasi dilihat dari kehandalan, ketanggapan, dan empati, serta untuk mengetahui hubungan faktor-faktor dari peternak dan unsur-unsur pelayanan koperasi dengan tingkat kepuasan peternak sapi perah di Kabupaten Semarang. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode survey, dengan sasaran peternak sapi perah aktif menjadi anggota koperasi di Kabupaten Semarang. Teknik pengambilan sampel wilayah yang digunakan yaitu Stratifaid Random Sampling yaitu dengan cara mengelompokkan wilayah dengan jumlah peternak sapi perah anggota koperasi susu tertinggi, sedang, dan terendah di Kabupaten Semarang. Di Kecamatan Getasan 670 peternak, Kecamatan Ungaran Barat 251 peternak, dan Kecamatan Tengaran 104 peternak. Penetapan sampel responden dilakukan dengan metode Random Sampling, sebanyak 10 persen dari jumlah total peternak anggota koperasi susu sebesar 100 responden. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan Rank Spearman dan Analisis Tingkat Kepuasan. Hasil menunjukan terdapat hubungan antara pendidikan peternak, kepemimpinan ketua koperasi, dan komunikasi petugas dengan tingkat kepuasan peternak terhadap pelayanan koperasi susu di Kabupaten Semarang, dan tidak terdapat hubungan antara lama menjadi anggota koperasi, dan jarak rumah dengan koperasi dengan tingkat kepuasan peternak terhadap pelayanan koperasi di Kabupaten Semarang. Tingkat kepuasan peternak sapi perah sebagai anggota koperasi diukur dari kehandalan, ketanggapan dan empati petugas koperasi berada pada kriteria tinggi/ memuaskan. |

Inggris) | This research aims to assess dairy farmers’ characteristics (in terms of their education, membership periods, and the distance between their houses to the cooperatives), the elements of cooperative services (the officers’ communication and leadership), the dairy farmers’ satisfaction for being the members of the cooperatives as seen from the officers’ reliability, responsiveness, empathy, and to determine the relationship between the farmers’ factors, the cooperatives’ services, and the satisfaction levels of the dairy farmers in Semarang Regency. The research was conducted with a survey targeting at the dairy farmers who have joined and are active members at the cooperatives. In collecting the sample area, this research applied the stratifaid random sampling namely by classifying areas according to their dairy farmer populations ranging from the largest to the lowest one. It resulted respectively sub-district Getasan with 670 farmers, Ungaran Barat with 251 farmers, and Tengaran with 104 farmers. The respondents which were determined with the random sampling method resulted in 100 dairy farmers. Data was analyzed with the rank spearman and the importance-performance analysis. The results showed that there are relationships between the farmers’ education, the cooperatives leadership, and the officers’ communication skill with the farmers’ satisfaction. However, there are no relationship between the period membership, the distance between the farmers’ houses to the cooperatives, and their satisfaction levels. The satisfaction level of the farmers’ for being the members of the coopertaives measured from the reliability, responsiveness, and emphaty of the officers is at a high category. |
