| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini berjudul “Reinterpretasi pasal 9 konstitusi Jepang pada masa kepemimpinan Shinzo Abe tahun 2012-2015”. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari tahu faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi terjadinya reinterpretasi pasal 9 pada masa kepemimpinan Shinzo Abe. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data studi kepustakaan. Hasil dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa reinterpretasi pasal 9 yang dilakukan oleh Shinzo Abe lebih menekankan pada dibolehkannya Self Defense Forces Jepang untuk melakukan collective-self defense. Hal tersebut merupakan suatu penguatan bagi pertahanan Jepang, karena Pasal 9 sendiri setelah beberapa kali interpretasi hanya membolehkan Jepang untuk memiliki pasukan bela diri yang hanya memperoleh hak untuk individual self-defense. Reinterpertasi yang terjadi pada masa kepemimpinan Shinzo Abe disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor atau dalam penelitian ini disebut setting yaitu setting eksternal, setting internal dan social structure and behavior. Setting eksternal yang dimaksud yaitu dilema keamanan yang ada di kawasan Asia Timur seperti agresivitas Tiongkok dan Korea Selatan di kawasan sengketa dan peningkatan kapabilitas nuklir Korea Utara. Setting internal yaitu kepemimpinan Shinzo Abe di politik kepartaian dan politik domestik Jepang. Sedangkan social structure and behavior berupa latar belakang keluarga Shinzo Abe. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | This research entitled "Reinterpretation of Article 9 of the Japanese constitution during the leadership of Shinzo Abe years 2012-2015". This research aims to find out the factors that influence the occurrence of reinterpretation of Article 9 on the leadership of Shinzo Abe. The method used is a qualitative study using data collection techniques literature study. The results of this research can be concluded that the reinterpretation of article 9 made by Shinzo Abe put more emphasis on the permissibility of the Japanese Self Defense Forces to conduct collective self-defense. It is reinforcement for defense of Japan, since Article 9 itself after multiple interpretations only allow Japan to have a self defense force that only gained the right to individual self-defense. Reinterpertasi that occurred during the leadership of Shinzo Abe caused by several factors or in this research is called the setting that contains of external setting and internal setting. The external setting is the security dilemma in East Asian region such as the aggressiveness of China and South Korea in the disputed region and increased North Korea's nuclear capability. The internal setting is the leadership of Shinzo Abe in party politics and domestic politics of Japan. While the social structure and behavior is Shinzo Abe family background. |
