| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Tujuan penelitian yaitu untuk mengetahui bobot badan sapi pasundan dewasa jantan dan betina, mengetahui perbedaan bobot badan sapi pasundan dewasa jantan dan betina, serta untuk mengetahui hubungan antara umur dengan bobot badan sapi Pasundan dewasa. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bobot badan rata-rata sapi Pasundan dewasa 227,76 ± 15,23 kg dengan bobot badan terendah dan tertinggi 187 kg dan 254 kg. Sedangkan bobot badan rata-rata sapi Pasundan dewasa jantan dan betina masing-masing 233,60 kg dan 226,86 kg. Hasil analisis uji t diketahui bahwa bobot badan sapi Pasundan jantan dan betina tidak terdapat perbedaan (p > 0,05). Hasil analisis regresi menunjukan bahwa umur berhubungan sangat nyata (p < 0,01) dengan bobot badan mengikuti persamaan berikut Y= 200,09 + 9,387X, dengan koefisien korelasi (r) sebesar 0,474 dan koefisien determinasi (r2) sebesar 22,5 persen, artinya umur memiliki pengaruh sebesar 22,5 persen terhadap bobot badan. Berarti dengan bertambahnya umur maka bobot badan Sapi Pasundan akan bertambah. |

Inggris) | The purpose of research was to know the body weight of male and female Pasundan beef cattle, to know the difference between the body weight of male and female Pasundan beef cattle and the correlation between age and body weight of Pasundan beef cattle. The research result was showed the average of Pasundan beef cattle body weight was 227.76 ± 15.23 kg with the lowest and highest body weight of 187 kg and 254 kg. While the averages of male and female Pasundan beef cattle body weight were 233.60 kg and 226.86 kg. The results of t test analysis showed that male and female Pasundan beef cattle body weight had no difference (P > 0.05). The regression analysis showed that age-related highly significant (p <0.01) with body weight followed the equation Y = 200.09 + 9,387X, with a correlation coefficient (r) was 0.474 and a coefficient of determination (r2) was 22.5 percent for the mean of the age 22.5 percent influenced body weight. The means that with increasing age, the body weight of Pasundan beef Cattle will increased. |
