| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Tugas pokok seorang perawat adalah merawat pasien untuk mempercepat proses penyembuhan. Karena pekerjaannya yang dinamis, seorang perawat perlu memiliki kondisi tubuh yang baik, sehat, dan mempunyai energi yang cukup. Kondisi tubuh yang kurang menguntungkan mengakibatkan seorang perawat mudah patah semangat bilamana saat bekerja ia mengalami kelelahan fisik, kelelahan emosional, dan kelelahan mental. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan stres kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian survei analitik dengan metode cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perawat pelaksana di instalasi rawat inap penyakit bedah sebanyak 116 orang. Besar sampel yaitu 53 orang perawat. Analisis data menggunakan uji korelasi Chi square dengan taraf signifikansi 0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa ada hubungan umur dengan stres kerja (p=0,008), ada hubungan jenis kelamin dengan stres kerja (p=0,023), ada hubungan tingkat pendidikan dengan stres kerja (p=0,020), ada hubungan masa kerja dengan stres kerja (p=0,008), ada hubungan beban kerja dengan stres kerja (p=0,020). Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh variabel berhubungan dengan stres kerja pada perawat pelaksana di instalasi rawat inap penyakit bedah RSUD Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto. Pihak terkait disarankan agar berolahraga, melakukan pelatihan keterampilan dan melakukan variasi pekerjaan. |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Nurse is the dynamic job, so the nurses should be have the good and perfect health. Bad body conditions make the nurse can broke the spirit to work when they on duty they can make physical fatigue, emotional exhaustion, mental fatigue. Work stress is an emotional and physical response that is disturb or harm that happen when task demands does not conform the capabilities, resources, or the desire of workers. The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors associated to the work stress. This study was analytical survey with cross-sectional design. The population in this study were managing nurses in inpatient surgical disease installation of 116 people. Sample size is the total sample of 53 nurses. Data were analyzed using Chi-Square correlation test with a significance level of 0.05. Results of the study indicate that there is a relationship of age with work stress (p=0,008), there is a relationship gender with work stress (p=0,023), there is a relationship of the level of education with work stress (p=0,020), there is a relationship of working period with work stress (p=0,008), there is a relationship of the workload with the stress of work (p=0,020). A conclucion of this research is the whole work stress-related variables in implementing nurse on Inpatient surgical disease installation Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto General Hospital. Related parties are advised to exercise, training skills and perform a variation of work. |
