Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan deskripsi 10 genotip padi hasil persilangan, mengetahui daya hasil, kandungan protein dan amilosa 10 genotip padi hasil persilangan dan 2 pembanding serta mendapatkan genotip padi yang berdaya hasil tinggi, mempunyai kandungan protein tinggi dan umur genjah. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Desa Mernek, Kecamatan Maos, Kabupaten Cilacap pada bulan April hingga Agustus 2015. Rancangan penelitian menggunakan RAK (Rancangan Acak Kelompok) dengan tiga ulangan. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan uji F taraf 5% dilanjutkan dengan uji Duncan Multiple Range Test (DMRT). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa diperoleh deskripsi 10 genotip padi, ada tujuh genotip padi yang berdaya hasil tinggi yaitu P3 (7,36 t/ha), P13 (7,98 t/ha), P14 (7,69 t/ha), P42 (7,30 t/ha), P61 (7,43 t/ha), P94 (7,52 t/ha) dan P95 (8,35 t/ha), ada empat genotip padi yang memiliki kandungan protein tinggi yaitu P14 (8,40%), P26 (8,69%), P61 (8,42%), P72 (8,36%) dan lima genotip padi yang memiliki kandungan amilosa sedang adalah P3 (21,06%), P13 (21,26%), P42 (21,59%), P43 (20,08%), P61 (22,76%). Satu genotip padi yang mempunyai daya hasil tinggi, kandungan protein tinggi, umur genjah dan ketinggian dibawah 125 cm yaitu P14 (P-G39 // CH-GN14). |

Inggris) | This research aimed to get a description of 10 genotypes of rice from crosses, knowing yield, protein content and amylose of 10 genotypes of rice from crosses and 2 comparators, get genotypes of rice that has high yielding and has a high protein content and early maturing crops. The research has been conducted in the Mernek village of the District of Maos, Cilacap Regency on April to August 2015. Experiments was using a randomized block design (RBD) with 3 replications. The data were analyzed using the F test level of 5% continued with a Duncan Multiple Range Test (DMRT). The results showed that get the description of 10 genotypes of rice was observed, seven genotypes of rice with high yielding were P3 (7.36 t/ha), P13 (7.98 t/ha), P14 (7.69 t/ha), P42 (7.30 t/ha), P61 (7.43 t/ha), P94 (7.52 t/ha) and P95 (8.35 t/ha), There are four genotypes that have a high protein content namely P14 (8,40%), P26 (8,69%), P61 (8,42%), P72 (8,36%) and five genotype that have a medium amylose content namely P3 (21,06%), P13 (21,26%), P42 (21,59%), P43 (20,08%), P61 (22,76%). A rice genotype that have a high yield, high protein content, early maturity and a lessthen 125 cm height namely P14 genotypes (P-G39 // CH-GN14) is identified. |
