| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penambahan tepung daun sirsak (Annona muricata L.) dalam pakan terhadap pertambahan bobot badan dan persentase karkas pada itik Tegal jantan. Penelitian telah dilaksanakan pada 29 November 2015 - 3 Januari 2016 di kandang itik Sokaraja Kulon, Purwokerto. Materi penelitian menggunakan 60 ekor itik Tegal jantan, pakan basal yang diberikan terdiri atas jagung 30%, soy bean meal 7%, minyak sayur 6,1%, poultry meat meal 17%, dedak 38,2%, L-lysin HCL 0,1%, DL-methionin 0,3%, topmix 0,2%, NaCl 0,1%, dan CaCO3 1%. Perlakuan terdiri atas : pakan basal ditambah 0% tepung daun sirsak, pakan basal ditambah 5% tepung daun sirsak, pakan basal ditambah 10% tepung daun sirsak, pakan basal ditambah 15% tepung daun sirsak. Hasil penelitian diperoleh rataan pertambahan bobot badan masing 441,73 g, 107,06 g, 26,00 g, dan -81,30 g. Rataan persentase karkas masing-masing 51,59%, 49,04%, 51,70% dan 47,94%. Bagian-bagian karkas itik antara lain dada, punggung, sayap, dan paha. Hasil rataan persentase masing-masing bagian karkas antara lain dada 13,84%, punggung 14,27%, sayap 9,66% dan paha 12,28%. Berdasarkan hasil analisis statistik menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan berpengaruh secara nyata (P<0,05) terhadap pertambahan bobot badan dengan persamaan garis Y = 427,74 - 67,10 X + 2,27 X2 dan berpengaruh tidak nyata (P>0,05) terhadap persentase karkas. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu semakin tinggi dosis tepung daun sirsak akan menurunkan pertambahan bobot badan namun menghasilkan persentase karkas yang relatif sama.

Inggris) | This study was aimed to determine the effect of adding dried soursop leaf meal (Annona muricata L.) in feed on the body weight gain and carcass percentage of male Tegal duck. The research had been conducted from November 29, 2015 to January 3, 2016 at a duck farm in Sokaraja Kulon, Purwokerto. The research materials used 60 male Tegal ducks, basal feed consisting of Corn 30%, Soy Bean Meal 7%, Vegetable oil 6.1%, Poultry Meat Meal 17%, Bran 38.2%, L-lysine HCL 0.1 %, DL-methionine 0.3%, Topmix 0.2%, NaCl 0.1%, and CaCO31%. The treatments consisted of control diet, basal ration plus 5% soursop leaf meal, basal ration plus 10% flour soursop leaves, basal ration plus 15% flour soursop leaves. The results obtained the average of weight gain were respectively 441.73 g, 107.06 g, 26.00 g, and -81.30 g. While the average of carcass percentage were, respectively, 51,59%, 49,04%, 51,70%, and 47,94%. Parts of carcasses of ducks were respectively chest, back, wings, and thighs. The results of the average percentage of each carcass parts include chest 13.84 % , backs 14.27 % , wings 9.66 % and thighs 12.28 %. The results of the study show that the treatments were high significantly (P <0.05) affected the weight gain with an equation Y= 427.74 - 67.10 X + 2.27 X2 and did not significantly affect the carcass precentage (P> 0.05). This study concludes that the higher level of dried soursop leaves added into the feed will decrease the body weight gain but produce relatively the same carcass percentage.
