| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Expanding Maternal and Neonatal Survival (EMAS) adalah program dari USAID di Indonesia yang dilaksanakan pada tahun 2011-2016 merupakan bentuk dukungan terhadap upaya pemerintah Indonesia dalam mengurangi kematian ibu dan bayi. Untuk mencapai tujuan program EMAS di Puskesmas I Baturaden yang bersumber dari Kesesuaian Program Dengan Kebutuhan Masyarakat dan Kemampuan Organisasi Pelaksana Program. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kesesuaian Program Dengan Kebutuhan Masyarakat dan Kemampuan Organisasi Pelaksana Program terhadap Efektivitas Program EMAS di Puskesmas I Baturaden. Penelitian ini berlokasi di wilayah Puskesmas I Baturaden Kabupaten Banyumas. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif asosiatif, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 82 ibu bersalin yang memanfaatkan tenaga medis di Puskesmas I Baturaden tahun 2014. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan simple random sampling. Metode analisis dengan menggunakan Korelasi Kendall Tau-b, Korelasi Parsial, Korelasi Kendall W, dan Regresi Ordinal. Berdasarkan hasil analisis penelitian dapat disimpulkan ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara Kesesuaian Program Dengan Kebutuhan Masyarakat terhadap Efektivitas Program EMAS, dan Kemampuan Organisasi Pelaksana Program dengan Efektivitas Program EMAS, serta pengaruh secara bersama-sama Kesesuaian Program Dengan Kebutuhan Masyarakat dan Kemampuan Organisasi Pelaksana Program terhadap Efektivitas Program EMAS di Puskesmas I Baturaden. |

Inggris) | Expanding Maternal and Neonatal Survival is a program of USAID in Indonesia were carried out in 2011-2016 are a form of support to the Indonesian government's efforts in reducing maternal and infant mortality. To achieve the goal of EMAS program in Puskesmas II Baturaden sourced from the conformity of the program with the needs of society and the ability of organizations implementing the program. This research is located in the region of Puskesmas I Baturaden, Banyumas Regency. The method in this research is quantitative method, with a total sample of 82 mothers who utilize medical personnel at the health center I Baturaden 2014. Sampling was done by simple random sampling. Correlation analysis method using Kendal Tau-b, Partial Correlation, Kendall W Correlation and Regression Ordinal. Referring to the results of the analysis of this study concluded there is positive and significant influence between the Compliance Program with Community Needs of the Effectiveness Program EMAS, and the ability of Implementing Organization Program with Program Effectiveness EMAS, as well as the influence jointly Compliance Program with Community Needs and Capabilities Implementing Organization Program of the Effectiveness EMAS program in Puskesmas I Baturaden. |
